My father in law's front door lock started becoming hard to turn, and keys started sticking. I called several locksmiths, and the others wanted 200 to 400 $ for a lock cylinder replacement. DT, in contrast, said that the lock cylinder is likely fixable. Sure enough, in just a few minutes of work, their guy showed me how to take you the cylinder out of the door, and immediately we could see the problem: one of the screws holding the back plate had come off. Fast and easy service. I got locked out of my apartment with the keys inside. The technician came within 15 min. Said the only option was to replace the lock for $650 plus tax, so $700. I wish I could have gotten an explanation to why it couldn't get picked, it was a a single cheap door lock that he drilled out within 5minutes.
