They are literally works of art made by a creative decorator who demands perfection and uses the finest ingredients. The cake is very dense, what our family considers to be the ultimate texture for a cake. The frosting is super thick and very sweet. You can't eat too much at one time, which is probably a good thing. We had hoped for some sort of confirmation email to let us know the cake was finished. So we showed up on faith alone hoping the cake was ready for our celebration, and there it was! Whew! They have a parking lot with free parking on the side of the building. It's a huge bonus that it's quick and easy to park. The shop has several cases that are always packed with a variety of treats. They have whole cakes, cake slices, decorated cookies, sweet scones, savory scones, rice krispy bars, seven layer bars, lemon bars, muffins, several types of cookies, and more. Even when I have arrived in the middle of the day the cases have been full and still have a great variety. I have loved everything I have tried here. My favorites are the rice krispy treats (especially the fruity one), the dolly bar, the almond cookie, and scones. The cake slices are delicious, but very rich.
