I called him and he was available to come out within a couple hours. When he got here and inspected the unit, he immediately identified the issue saying we had a bad capacitor. He had one on his truck and had it changed out in minutes and we again had working AC. I asked him to quote some more services and his fees were more than reasonable. Unfortunately I found their service to be very poor. Several times their technicians installed the wrong size filters in my units, left the filter access doors open, and frequently they had to come out several times to fix a problem. In fact they have never repaired a problem on the first visit since 2017. Please be careful with their billing system. I have tried to cancel my service contracts several times and they keep charging me. You have to call them several time to get the monthly charges stopped.
