Called Mike with a request for help replacing my front door lockset. I said that the new one I purchased did not seem to fit. He asked me to send him pictures of the door from inside to outside to see if he could be of help by phone. He called me back and said he would be over shortly. He arrived promptly and confirmed the new lockset did not fit in the door. He resembled the old lock set and told me what to look for in a new one. Sentry was NO help either, they just told me that I should call a locksmith since "safes generally only last about 10 years anyway" (wtf, seriously???)... Had a very good experience with Mike from Locks King. Our Baldwin fixture on our front door was stuck and we were unable to open the door.
