He did a great job with the locks, allowing us to keep the existing doorknobs which were in good shape. When he was done, we asked him to tighten loose handles on some sliding glass doors. They're on the third floor and no longer locked ( not a big issue on the 3rd floor) but he tightened the screws and returned them to locking condition for us at no extra charge.
