Great Service ! I called several locksmiths and just didn't feel that they wanted to do my installation-all I wanted was a combination dead bolt and a new lever door handle both in brass. I was willing to let the installer bring the lock, so they would not have to work with something I picked out at Home Depot or Lowe's. OMG!! Great service!! We recently bought an electric Smart car and were only given one key at time of purchase. We were told a second key would be an expensive dealer item. After calling many local locksmiths, we happened up Locksmith New England. He responded to our email with a telephone call, and said he would be over in 30 minutes. He showed up promptly, cut and programmed our keys in about 20 minutes, and for a price lowered than we were quoted by the dealers - plus he came to us. Wow... at my new home I closed my overhead garage door and when it was down I realized there was no way for me to open it back up... I didn't have the code for the keypad and the keys the previous owner left didn't work. Called Locksmith New England and spoke to Sean. Over the phone he explained how to use one of the keys to "pop" open the door lift lock to disconnect the door lift mechanism. Disaster averted and no charge... Had Sean re-key a bunch of locks in my house. Was fast, dependable and reasonable. Top notch service. Would use again.

I made an appointment in late March which Sean showed up to an hour and a half late. He further wasted my time by cutting and programming keys before even checking if they would work for my car. After searching through his drawer of used/refurbished parts, he found one that would work with my car. He vaped the entire time he was in my car and then charged me an additional $30 dollars above what I was quoted because he was using a "quality OEM part". I paid and Sean went on his way. Less than 90 days later, the key blade just fell out of the housing. There are no cracks, or signs of abuse on the plastic. I called to see if I had any warranty options available or at least a discounted replacement. Sean was very condescending and he told me there was a federal law prohibiting him from warrantying any key for more than 30 days. When I questioned him on this, he told me that he misspoke and that the law prohibited him from warrantying any key for less than 30 days. He wasn't able to come up with an answer when I asked him how he was able to get away with his 14 day warranty policy with that federal law in effect. He continued to tell me that I would never be able to find any locksmith that would warranty a key for more than 30 days and he could even put me on the line with several other locksmiths who could back that claim up. After less than 5 minutes searching for the elusive 90 warranty locksmith, I was able to find one that warranties keys for an entire year. https://locksmithsnh.com/faq/ It's almost like you can back up your parts and service when you don't source Chinese clones from Ebay.
