After they Ransacked through the car looking for contraband they had D & S Tow it to their place. The tow was 390 dollars the fuel surcharge was 129 dollars. And 53 dollars for storing my vehicle for one day . What a fuel surcharge is, is a mystery to me. Because my gas gauge was still at the same level . So grand total, to get my car back was 572 dollars. Please Don't DRINK and then DRIVE . The Service was great, so if I needed to have my car towed , I would call them .

The driver, apparently the owner "Mike", kept saying he will arrive in 2 hours, and then several more additional 2 hours, and then say his truck broke down and promise he'll come early next morning. The second day we called him early morning to check on status. Mike said he'll arrive in 30 minutes and then ghosted us and stopped picking up the phone. If you don't want to do business, just say so. Why kept lying and kept people hanging for more than 36 hours in cold snowy weather?

Our Suburban wouldn't start this past week after taking it in to Champion Chevrolet for the same…read moreproblem 2 weeks ago (see my negative review for them) despite a brand-new battery. We knew we'd have to get it towed to a different shop (not going back to Champion - they didn't fix our problem the first time). The Suburban was stuck in our garage at the bottom of a steep driveway. We explained this to the tow company receptionist and she said she'd get her best guy on it. She was very professional and helpful. Zach came was also very professional and friendly. Despite a challenging situation, Zach got the surburban out of the garage and up the driveway with no damage to the vehicle or garage! Charges were totally reasonable also! Had a great experience. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!
