My husband needed a key done called this business and a guy came over to work on it, my husband called me 6 minutes after he showed up to have me ask the man to not make the key because he had found it, he told my husband he had been working 20 minutes already which was a lie, my husband offered to pay him for his trouble of driving to our house and for whatever work he had already started, the employee called his boss and was told to just leave, he proceeded to put the lock back in the truck which he was roughly handling and banging, he acted very aggressive towards me and even broke the starter in the truck, my husband noticed it when he came home and called to complain, they told him they were going to send someone to take a look at it, which never happened, we had to have another locksmith come and change it to be able to start it again. Needles to say we will never give these people our business again, they cover for each other and don't take responsibility for their mistakes and rude behavior, the man was an older white guy driving a white van, customers beware this company and owner/employees are very unprofessional. read more

Took him a while, but finally got it. Ended up, that I had too many keys already programmed. I had just purchased the car used. Only had one working key. He said he would erase the rest. Late post. I stop by the shop on 3/22 to see if they can make a key for my 2003 Dodge Ram spare tire lock. I had little to no hope to be able to take this lock off without having to brake it. Stayed at my moms while she recovered from her last radiation session, she had breast cancer and won. This company is horrible!!! I called Friday morning to see if I can have a tech come out and make me a key. They told me they would send someone out shortly. Hours passed I called again. They told me from 2:30pm and 6pm a tech would be there, hours passed. I called again at 5:50pm letting them know no one has showed up and That i have been waiting since 11am. They told me they would send someone right away would be at my house within 30 mins. I've waited and got a phone call at 6:15 letting me know if we can reschedule cause they had an emergency. I told them NO! I've been waiting since 11am and it's now 6:15pm!! The lady told me ok I'll send a tech out. He will be there in 40mins. I waited and waited till 8:30pm came and called them. Guys lagged to come on my first scheduled day. The next day the field guys come work on it but can't get it figured out. Field guys were very great and on it. So they suggested me just to take to the shop just because to much time was taken up. But on the other side I tried to contact the shop (manager) to see how we can get it figured out but guy starts giving me different prices and bullshitting on prices telling me to tow my vehicle there. All I ask was a firm price. UPDATE: The owners wife has been harrassing me since this review! Calling me, threatening me, stalking me, writing bad reviews on my business page pretending she was just a parent that over heard me talking about a business. Even went to our new preschool facility!!!!!! I am in shock and horrified that there are this level of CRAZY out there. Absolutely WORST experience with any business I have ever HAD! Was referred to them by a fellow locksmith in San Bernardino. 1.) First phone call: They were very unprofessional and rude. I set up an estimate appointment in which they no-called, no-showed! 2.) I called the original locksmith who had referred me; he apologized and said he would let the owner know. 2 days later a locksmith showed up without an appointment. 3.) After the estimate, we went with them and they told us they would call when the parts for our electric strike were ordered and that someone would call and schedule an appointment. After 4 days of not hearing anything, I finally called since the original guy had told me it would only take 1 day to get the parts in. They told me that they had ordered the parts and they were waiting for them to come in. They finally called me on day 5 saying they would send two guys out Thursday, April 26 (today) to install at 9am. We were there until 9:35am waiting at our new facility to let them in. At 9:40 I called and asked where they were. The man I spoke to said, "There are two guys coming, they had to pick-up some parts, give them like another 45min.-1hour." At this point I asked to talked to the owner. I was so irritated that I didn't receive as much as a phone call! I told him that someone had been over there waiting and I was irritated that they didn't even care to call. THE OWNER SAID, "Well then go with someone else that will charge $3,000 okay! Bought a key fob here just over a year ago and it stopped working so came back to get a replacement. They took it apart and noticed two of the connectors were bent and not touching the circuit board, hence the problem. They fixed it, replaced the battery as a courtesy and I was good to go. Number 1-that's good honest business. They could have very well sold me a new one for $200 without checking out the old one. Number 2-that's how you treat customers that keeps them coming back. They refused to take any money for what they did as well. It's a 20 min drive for me to come here and I will make that drive to continue to give them my business. Lightning fast response and service. Messaged several companies through Yelp, and they were the first to respond. I spoke to them over the phone and they were very polite. Same day appointment scheduled for 9:30 and they arrived 15 minutes early. I had 8 locks worked on and re-keyed for a very reasonable price. I have a 1920s door with original lock that I was told by another company could not be rekeyed without destroying the door. In conversation the locksmith showed me how the lock worked, told me it could be rekeyed easily and if he'd had the right lock I would've done it on the spot (remember it's a 1920s lock which hasn't been made in years).
