This is ridiculous. This is supposed to be a lobster chicken sandwich. I'm so very disappointed.
    Noreen C.

I could not be more disappointed! How can you screw up lobster bisque a lobster sandwich and coleslaw? Let's start with the coleslaw. It was 100% mayonnaise! Disgusting. The lobster bisque had very little lobster and it was full of salt! The lobster chicken sandwich had a large fried piece of cold chicken and very little lobster. And sadly, it was buy one get one free so I had to throw them both away and keep a tiny bit of lobster. This place was highly recommended and I don't know why? AND! Under my lettuce for some reason was a smashed french fry... How's that for gross? Where came from?

I am very torn with this review. My mom heard about the bogo on lobster rolls (and other items) so we came here for lunch. We ordered warm lobster rolls, clams oreganata, New England clam chowder and lobster bisque. The warm lobster rolls were not warm at all. Just pieces of lobster on a toasted bun. It was a generous amount of lobster, just wasn't hot. The fries were super crisp, the way I like them...but they didn't have any seasoning at all on them...not even a hint of salt. Clams oreganata were really good. My mom was disappointed as there wasn't any "sauce" that baked clams normally has as she wanted to dip her toasted bun from her lobster roll. Lobster bisque was the star of lunch! I really enjoyed it and was shocked with the big chunk of lobster that it came with. New England clam chowder was also good. Service was just alright. Nothing overly special. I did tell my mom I'd come back here, so..until next time....

They say the key to success in most businesses is the employees. Today (August 22, 2025 between about 3-4pm) I had the unfortunate displeasure of crossing paths with a very rude employee at Loco Lobster's order counter. She was a Latina with a hat on and braces on her teeth. I made simple inquires about items on the menu and her responses were very dismissive and rude, as though I was keeping her away from her phone. Her attitude was such a turn off I was going to leave, but I drove a nice distance to get here. I placed a significantly sized order and she only gave me two tiny cups of tartar sauce for the double order. I asked for some more tartar sauce, ketchup and cocktail sauce. She barked at me "THAT COST EXTRA". I calmly stated I have two large seafood dishes here, why do I have to pay extra for condiments. She barked at me again that it was extra. I left her with some choice words and exited the place. I have been to many seafood establishment in my life time, and was never told I would have to pay extra for the basic condiments that come with a seafood order. Do yourself a favor people go else where, You can get good seafood on long island at "Monster Crab" located at 173 Morris Ave, Holtsville, NY 11742 or "Voodoo Crab" located at 1759-G Middle Country Rd, Centereach, NY 11720 each restaurant has a few locations just google them. And yes you can go to these other places and receive better customer service, and not be barked at. They are also not penny pinching on the standard basic condiments you get when order seafood, Tartar sauce, Cocktail sauce, Ketchup, Lemons... hot sauce.. etc. I hope the addition 50 cents your trying to make of condiment is worth this review... Tony. Don't eat at Loco Lobster.

Ordered through uber eats and picked up but sat inside and ate. Uber has buy one get one on select items it was cheaper for my husband and I to do it this way. The seafood trio is a large portion we could have shared it but we got 2 this was offered on the buy one get one items. Everything was delicious king crab legs were my favorite. Prices were fairly good considering seafood is expensive. They don't offer table service but when we decided to eat in they provided utensils and you have to walk up to the counter if you require additional service. It's clean a few options for seating on the inside. Looks like a typical takeout food place. Will visit again when I am craving seafood.

These are honestly the best fish tacos I've ever had! They're so fresh, crunchy, and generously filled.

Great concept, terrific location, quick service ,great food and fair prices. Stopped for lunch, parking lot full which is a great sign for a new restaurant! My wife and I split 2 lobster rolls ( one warm, one cold), fries and a drink with tax and tip was $60! The rolls were stuffed with a generous amount of lobster meat and I actually enjoyed the warm one more but both were excellent. Plenty of fries and Cole slaw was very good! I know this place is new and I'm sure they are still working out the bugs but I would strongly suggest a liquor license. A $30 lobster roll doesn't exactly go with a bottle of Mountain Dew. The cardboard boxes they serve everything in is fine for takeout but I would rethink for dining in! Other than that a great experience and worth another trip!

Came across this place and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. We tried three different items. The fish and Chips (a really nice piece of what seemed to be Codfish), the Shrimp and Chips (nicely done, fresh and not over-cooked) and what turned out to be the highlight, the Clams in white wine and garlic. 12 fresh little necks, bathed in a garlicky wine and butter sauce. Looks like the place opened fairly recently and the staff was well-trained and helpful. Moderately priced, next time we'll try the Lobster Rolls. It earned a repeat visit.

Heading out to the farm stands, we saw this place with advertising flags flying, and we decided to stop and check it out. Large store front, newly open and clean. We chose to snack and sample. 2 young ladies at the counter were welcoming and pleasant, but clearly still in the training stage. We ordered the fried shrimp, fried clam strips, and a lobster roll. The shrimp were a nice size with a crisp, fried batter. Very enjoyable. The clam strips were tasty. The Lobster Roll was very good and flavorful. The cole slaw it was served with was delicious as well. We believe they need to work on the cocktail sauce recipe, as it had a very weird taste; sweet, no taste of horseradish, of any. They do serve Ken's Tarter sauce. Maybe they should consider the cocktail sauce as well. Prices were very reasonable for the portions. Next time we're in the area, we look forward to trying other menu items.

Is this a place you can sit down and eat? I don't live locally so I don't want to drive down to find out I can't eat there.

    Yes, they have tables inside.

    Do they serve alcohol?

I don't believe so. It's more of a "fast food" store front. Soft drinks are in cans & bottles.

Plenty of space, and dog is very friendly. Steve couldve asked nicely but was incredibly rude. Gestured at me sort of aggressively and said "you cant be doing this". I told him about restrictions and he said "I dont care i only have 4 tables'". When leaving, I saw an open table. When we calmly brought this to the attention of the woman running the restaurant, her response was shocking. She flat-out told us she didn't have an extra chair and refused to accommodate us. There was no attempt to problem-solve, no apology, and no effort to make things right--just outright refusal to seat our group. For a restaurant hosting holiday reservations, this level of disorganization and dismissive treatment is completely unacceptable. The way we were treated was disrespectful and honestly disgusting. The worst part is my family has hosted two showers and my parents and Aunt are regulars on the weekends for lunch. The treatment we received on what should have been a happy celebration of our holiday is enough for us to never return and we will make sure anyone we know never patronizes this place ever again.
