They replaced the bracket with one that wasn't the actual one. If you run a repair shop, you can't simply install something you think will work. The phone she had was from Apple and never been worked on. So I knew after I opened it up that they totally just didn't care. Also for the $100+ dollars she spent, you had better find a better supplier as the screen she has on is realistically $28 you cost. The screen was washed out and I can't even imagine how you thought it was passable. I understand the whole in and out, but don't skimp on repairs and actually try and do quality work even if it takes more time. I do phone repair and I can't even believe that Apple recommended this shop to everyone. I would recommend anyone who gets their phone repaired here to double check everything afterwards. I called and was told it was cause they dropped it and accidentally broke it.
