Dropped my iPhone 6+ Space Grey, shattering the screen…read more Apple wanted $130 + 3 (3!!!) days to replace the screen. Calling around to 5-6 local repair shops resulted in a bunch of "Nope, we don't have the 6+ screen in grey" responses and one "Sure come on down!" only to have them try the old "oh no we only have white screen" rope-a-dope when I showed up at the store. Came across these guys at Wireless Hotshots on Yelp so gave them a call. I was a little hesitant since in my experience anyone claiming to be a "Hotshot" usually isn't. Long story short, they guys are hotshots. Great customer service on the phone and in person, fair price ($120), and work done within 2 hours even though there were several other devices in line in front of mine. I've had my phone back now for a few weeks and you would never know the screen had been shattered. No weirdness, no ghost scrolling, no phantom taps. Touch-ID works like a charm, etc. It works perfectly. The cherry on top was their putting a screen protector on for no additional charge. Don't quote me on that though maybe they just felt sorry for me. I am definitely taking my devices here next time one breaks. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. They were honest (didn't charge extra for a supposed "bent frame" like one of the other shops I spoke to) and did an amazing job. The only knock was that their credit card reader was out that night so I can to go get cash but to me that was nothing more than a trivial inconvenience.

As I left that parking lot for the 3rd time, unable to complete the trade in... it dawned on me there is another store down the street. Not only is this location sooo much cleaner and well kept but the staff is friendlier, and so helpful! Once I received my bill, the monthly plan had an additional $107 in fees for an additional unauthorized line, insurance (which I denied), and an annual upgrade program. All of these charges were not asked for. I now find out that this store is a 3rd party vendor and not a corporate store. So AT&T can not help with the billing discrepancy. Additionally, there is no store manager at this location to assist. What a shame!!!
