I would not recommend this place for iPhone screen repairs. Went there to replace cracked screen for iPhone 15+. They did not have any Apple screens, so the person manning the counter assured me that the generic one is just as good. Sadly, once the screen was replaced, a bunch of things started to go wrong. My face recognition was only working on and off, so half of my apps weren't accessible. The phone started overheating, so it was constantly going into power save mode - dark screen. Battery life went from 83% on the day of repairs to under 50% within days. I went back there and asked for an Apple screen - I was willing to pay the difference. The clerk assured me that he will call me as soon as he gets them in (a few days). Long story short, we are past 30 day mark now and still no call. As a side note, I ended up going to another repair shot in WeHo. They ran some tests and told me that whoever "fixed" my phone was a butcher. Nothing aligned properly, so the phone wasn't even properly recognizing the screen. They took it out and properly replaced the screen with an Apple screen. And guess what?? I FINALLY got my phone back! Facial recognition works! No more overheating, so the screen is not permanently dark. And battery life is at 82% as of the time of this review. So do yourselves a favor, don't cut corners and go to a place that won't screw up your device. I sure learned my lesson. read more

Very very nice business owner. No problems there. Took the more economical approach by getting my daughter's iphone screen fixed here rather than going to Apple. Long story short buy twice or buy nice. After a week, phone now over heats, so I went to Apple to get it fixed with Apple products. Since I made the mistake of going to a third-party repair shop that used dirt-cheap parts... I ended up replacing everything. By the time it was all said and done, I could've just bought a brand-new phone. I'm sure the guy meant well, but it was like trying to fix a Ferrari with duct tape and zip ties. Don't be like me...save yourself the hassle and do it right the first time for the slightly higher price with original parts. Shame on me. read more

The ecoatm offered me $85, a couple other legit sites offered $145. I did yelp search and found iCarryAll in the listings. Reviews said they offered more than other places so I decided to give it a try and drove 30 minutes to get there. Once I got there, the guy says I gotta wait 15-20 minutes. So I asked if I can just come back in 15 minutes and he says "no, I should just wait inside." Ok cool. No problem. I waited patiently... saw they were actually all out of the iPhone XS so I'm I assumed it'd be a sale for sure. Finally guy checks out the phone. Compliments the condition of the phone, so I'm thinking I'm gonna get a good deal. He says $50... LOL I'm out. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. The battery works completely fine. You have no clue what you're talking about. Just making up excuses for your scam at this point. Makes you wonder why there's multiple reviews calling this place a scam. Even without accessories the ecoatm offers more and they're supposed to be the ones that offer the lowest for a quick cash option. There's plenty of legit sites that offered more than $150, some even up to $170.Just didn't want to deal with the hassle of shipping the phone myself but looks like I'll have to. If you know how to use google, you can see them selling for just over $200 and I'm guessing there's a tax on top of that. It's sad that, instead of apologizing for trying to rip off the customers, they just get defensive about it and blame the customers and call them, "out of touch with reality" lol... so pathetic. read more

It's 9pm at night in Hollywood with no phone or access to one as I am on my own and I have a lot of plans involving a phone in the early morning. I begin to panic.... Do not take your phone here for any screen or black glass replacement. I took my iPhone 12 Pro Max in for a back glass replacement that costed $200, and when I received my phone back my eSIM was deactivated. I asked why, and the owner of the store who worked on my phone could not give me an explanation as to why. I went to AT&T to get it fixed, and there was nothing they could do. I went back to THIS STORE and the man who worked on my phone was trying to call AT&T with my account information to "Reactive my eSIM". Once I started becoming visibly upset, him and his friend in his shop started talking about guns and signs he has posted around the store. Is that a good way to talk to a customer whose device you messed up? I will be contacting the police as well because I recorded the entire conversation from another phone. So as of now, I have no connection on my phone if it is not connected to Wifi. Had to purchase a brand new phone from AT&T because there is no fix to what he did. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I've been going here for the last four years ever since I moved to LA. They are very helpful and always carry a lot of camera gear lenses batteries and things like that. I have bought a lens, battery, SD card reader there and it's been working great. The owner is so nice, he has helped me reformat some things when I was having trouble sd reader. that it's the best place in Hollywood. After a night of debauchery, I woke up with a smashed screen on my brand new iPhone XR. The original place I went to didn't carry the XR screens and he stated that no one in the surrounding area would because they're so new. This place definitely carries all of the latest and greatest and they are super quick as well! I dropped the phone off at 4:30pm and it was ready by 6:00pm. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Parking might be a bit tricky depending on the time of the day. Luckily, I was able to walk from my place. I needed my iphone screen fixed after I dropped it and it cracked. At first, I was given great customer service. After I got home, I noticed my keyboard wasn't working and the screen didn't fit right. I called the next day and the man who fixed my phone told me that he didn't give me the iPhone screen but a generic screen. I asked why he didn't offer this to me upfront and he told me that they don't offer that upfront as an option and I could come back and pay $60 more for the iPhone screen. Unprofessional scam artists. Took in a pair of Beats Solo 3 because sound stopped playing out of one of the headphones. After 9 days, they return me my headphones where sound still doesn't play out of one of the headphones. Not only that, they somehow reversed the position of the right and left headphones, meaning to listen to the sound correctly, I now have to put my headphones on backwards, which doesn't conform to your head. They put the right speaker on the left side and vice-versa. They are completely backwards, on top of still dysfunctional. In addition to that, they returned my headphones in a state of disrepair, with edges fraying, wires exposed, and a large bruise/indent on one of the headphones that wasn't there before. AND they completely removed the functionality of of altering the headband's size to fit your head! It's now permanently locked into the smallest size it possibly can be. 9 days, $100, all to actively make my headphones *actively* worse without even attempting to address the problem I brought it in for. Dropped my iPhone XR and broke the lens cover and camera. Apple wanted $300 to fix it and after calling about 1 million different places this place was recommended by one of the other stores and I checked them out. Robert fixed my phone for $120. ICarryAll fixed the mic on my I phone X on the 15th of May before I took off for Europe. Half way through the trip, the mic that they replaced went out AGAIN. Their terms of service state that their offered warranty only covers up to 30 days after the time of repair. WELL. They made an exception and fixed my phone for a second time TEN days after the warranty was void for FREE. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE P.S.
