The following statement reflects my personal experience and observations. It is based on the events…read moreas they occurred . On June 25, 2026, my wife and I visited the clinic to learn about the services provided. We had a general conversation with the front desk staff, not with a physician. Everything sounded positive, and we were interested in the treatment. We completed the intake paperwork; however, no blood tests were performed or discussed, and we did not meet or speak with a physician. I specifically requested that we begin with the lowest possible dose so I could observe how my body would respond to the medication. On June 26, 2026, my wife and I returned to receive a Gluta IV infusion. The infusion appeared to be running very quickly, so I requested that the infusion rate be slowed down. The IV infusion was completed over approximately 20-25 minutes. During the infusion, my wife initially experienced positive effects, including improved mental clarity and sharper vision. Near the end of the infusion, however, she began feeling unwell and developed severe pain in her arm. She informed the nurse that she felt sick and that her arm was hurting badly. The infusion continued until the IV bag was completely empty. Approximately 15 minutes after the infusion, both of us began feeling unusually cold internally, and our muscles felt as though they were tightening. Approximately 20 minutes after the infusion, our fingers became numb, we began losing control of our bodies, our vision deteriorated, and we developed extreme sensitivity to light, making it painful to keep our eyes open. Approximately 40 minutes after the infusion, both of us developed severe muscle spasms and convulsions throughout our bodies. Our body temperature increased, and our speech became impaired. I managed to call my workplace to report that I would be unable to come to work. Immediately after ending the call, my convulsions became significantly more severe, and I experienced profuse sweating. My wife began vomiting first and vomited a total of seven times over a period of time. I vomited once. During that episode, while vomiting, I simultaneously experienced Incident #1 (urinary incontinence) and Incident #2 (fecal incontinence), resulting in a complete loss of control over my bodily functions. Due to the severity of the convulsions, I lost consciousness and was unable to warn my wife or call 911. My body curled into a fetal position. My wife believed I had simply fallen asleep. When we both regained consciousness, our speech remained impaired. We had very limited control over our bodies, and our arms and legs remained numb. Both of us experienced severe discomfort in the L5 region and pelvis, with a sensation that the alignment of our lower spine had changed. We were unable to fully straighten our backs and experienced pain along the entire length of our spines. When I entered the bathroom, I stood in front of the sink for several minutes because I had completely forgotten why I had gone there. My wife had to remind me. Day Two My heart rate remained elevated, my breathing was rapid, and I continued to experience heavy sweating. My head felt foggy, making it extremely difficult to concentrate. I developed pain behind my eyes and intermittent numbness in my arms and legs. New bruises appeared on my arms, legs, and torso. I also noticed spider veins on my legs and pain in the area of my liver. My speech gradually began to improve. I continued to experience severe fatigue, weakness, and drowsiness, although my overall condition slowly began to improve. I developed three cold sores (herpes lesions) on my upper lip and another lesion beneath my lower lip consistent with a cold sore. Day Three My wife noticed significant hair loss that morning, and throughout the day she continued to lose a substantial amount of hair. The numbness in our arms and legs became less severe; however, she developed severe shooting pains in her head, and her speech remained impaired. On June 30, 2026, the clinic contacted us by telephone to follow up. During that conversation, we were asked whether we had gone to the emergency room and whether we had been drinking enough water.

Truly Exceptional Care at Soul Alchemy…read more Over the weekend, I received blood panel results that sent me into a spiral of anxiety--particularly due to a severe vitamin D deficiency that explained months of fatigue and body aches. Desperate for help, I reached out to several local IV hydration companies, but most gave me slow responses and impersonal, generic information. Then I contacted Soul Alchemy, and the experience was completely different. From the moment Sophie answered the phone, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I immediately felt at ease. I wasn't even sure what IV treatment I needed, but after I explained my symptoms and medical history, she thoughtfully customized a hydration therapy that was tailored to my needs. Her location is secure, nestled in Stone Creek Village Shopping Center, where you're buzzed in for entry. The suite itself is serene, beautifully decorated, and instantly calming--with the added bonus of massage chairs that made the experience even more relaxing. The entire process was seamless and efficient, but what stood out the most was Sophie's hospitality and patience. I had a million and one questions, and she answered each one with kindness and expertise. I truly can't say enough good things--Soul Alchemy is a gem, and I'm so grateful I found them when I did.

I am not clear why the same business has two Yelp profiles so I'm posting again: A family member of…read moremine was diagnosed with cancer, and while researching treatment options, I came across Infuze MD. After a brief call with an employee named Paolo, who spoke positively about the clinic, I shared the information with my relative. In hindsight, I realize that in my desperation, I may have overlooked warning signs. At the time, I did not realize Paolo is not a medical professional, even though he was the first person discussing treatment options. The clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Nilda Agnes Abellera, who is board-certified in PEDIATRICS but whose clinic advertises integrative medicine. My relative traveled from out of state to begin what was described as an "intensive" 20-day cancer program. According to her account, the first three days did not feel intensive. She reported that infusion rates appeared slowed, staff could not explain the scientific basis for some treatments, and the doctor missed a planned medication review. She also observed what she believed was dried blood on a chair and described an IV bag fully draining while the needle was in place, which worried her. On October 9, 2025, she said her care was terminated immediately after raising concerns, without timely written notice, referrals, or arrangements to ensure access to medical care until she could establish care elsewhere. Referrals were only provided after I contacted the clinic. This abrupt termination caused a delay of over a month in her treatment and worsened her PTSD symptoms. She also tried to obtain her medical records multiple ways. On October 10, she requested them in person but was denied. She also submitted a written request and used the clinic's online inquiry form. As of this writing--52 days later--she has not received her complete records. When I called the clinic, Paolo was tense and dismissive, and I could not speak directly with Dr. Abellera. Given the situation, I became concerned about whether proper procedures were followed and intended to file a complaint with the Medical Board of California. Additional observations and concerns (personal experience): Family-run structure: The clinic is owned by Dr. Abellera. Paolo appears to manage many aspects, and another family member may also work there. This raised questions about oversight and role clarity. Online reviews: Of 32 Google reviews, 5 were five-star without details. Only one mentioned "cancer," making it hard to evaluate patient experiences compared with other clinics with hundreds of detailed reviews. Difficulty communicating with the physician: My relative and I tried to speak directly with Dr. Abellera; she did not speak with me, and my relative felt the doctor was unwilling to address her concerns. This lack of communication was alarming given her serious diagnosis. Cost vs. expectations: The program cost approximately $1,800 per day. Based on my relative's experience, the services did not match the program description. Others may feel differently, but this was our impression. Social media promotion: Paolo participates in Facebook groups promoting the clinic without identifying himself as an employee, which seemed misleading. I have included a screenshot for reference. In more than a decade in healthcare, I have never witnessed a more concerning divergence from a physician's duty to do no harm: terminating care without notice, effectively leaving my relative without immediate, comparable care options while facing life-threatening cancer.
