It's always a pleasure when Vic gets a hold of my hair. He does my color and keratin treatment with mask. It take about 2 to 3 hours to get my hair done. My hair looks so healthy and bouncy after the services Vic does. Vic is so friendly and makes you feel at home. The salon has a TV that can keep you entertained. The salon is very clean and have their own bathroom. They have quite a few hair dressers at their salon. And they all seem pretty friendly. The face framing hairs on the left and right side of my face is 2-3 inches uneven. I asked for a trim and left the salon with layers about 2-3 inches from my scalp and just the bottom layer to barely hit the tips of my shoulders. What I essentially paid for is a semi-professional looking MULLET hairstyle. My hair does not even cover my ears, I ended up with bangs somehow that will take YEARS to grow, and a very long back part of my head. I got a mullet. Think of a mushroom cut but with odd long layers just on the bottom section of hair. I came in with dried out blonde tips and wanted a trim. Left with a mullet and bangs. It's taken me over 10 years to grow out my face framing hair to be long and able to tuck behind my ears. I am an active person and like to tie my hair back in a ponytail. Now I can no longer do that, as my hair is too short to even tie back. I've had to go to Target to buy clips and ponytails to stop the bangs in the back of my head from falling into my face every 10 seconds. read more

Went here for the second time after 4 years. Asked for the same "A" bob hair cut from two different stylists. The first time was awesome. The most recent one, I am very dissatisfied. 1 star for being great for costumer entertainment for Lody. Thank you for your tips and advices. Yes you've been in the business for a long time. 35 years? Acting all know it all because you've been cutting hairs that long huh? But you ruined my hair. I asked for a bob hair cut, but she gave me a super short haircut that does not even look like a bob, at all!!! I don't know why you shaved part of my back hair on a (0) ZERO, and then let the rest be cut straight. You said you know what "A" bob hair cut was, you mentioned the word, "CONCAVE", by why is my hair even on front and back?! You may know how to cut, but It seems to me that you do not know how to style. My hair looks so awkward especially if your are to look at the back part. Awkward zero and then even back and front cut. FYI. I did get complements, thank you, but I get negative comments for the rear part of my hair. And that it's like old people's hair. You cut this too short, I don't think Anyone can fix this unless I grow it Plus, charging me 25 dollars for the haircut? When my hair is shoulder lenghth when I got it cut from that place. This place was very clean, I'll give props to that but the service was UNPROFESSIONAL. Never in my life have I seen a fully grown man SIT DOWN while giving a haircut -- and to my grandma nonetheless! It was only a trim but it didn't even last 10 min! I was watching him the whole time snip it straight and use the electric hair razor. Overall the trim wasn't clean either. The Only Reason they aren't getting 1 star is because Manny did a Great Job on my friend's Hair. The OTHER guy however butchered my culrly locks. He tried to dry brush it and kept stabbing my scalp. In an attempt to "take away the thickness", he pulled out the thinning shears and sloppily began chopping away leaving uneven chunks of hair. He was watching Television while he was cutting and never even gave me a mirror to look at his horrible job. I refused to pay for such a horrible hair cut and stormed out. If you do go here, Make sure to get Lody or Manny. If Lody's brother (victor or Vincent) tries to cut your hair, RUN. read more
