She quickly escalated the situation unnecessarily and started clapping and making hand gestures. There was no sense of courtesy or professionalism but egotism. I remained calm and respectful the entire time and simply requested a refund. I was there with my children and friends, and after the refund was issued, I promptly walked out with my kids. I was unaware that she was following behind us "escorting" us out. When we were outside the door, my friend asked why she felt the need to escort us out. She clapped her hands and said, "I gave you a refund, now leave." I was honestly flabbergasted. I have never experienced anything like this before. Her lack of self-control was mind-blowing. She seemed to feel the need to make herself feel superior, which honestly came across as sad and rooted in insecurity.

It's very clean inside and they have security greeting you once you walk-in, telling you they have security cameras around the store - and they aren't kidding about that. This location is fully stocked with clothing for men, women, and children. Lots of kitchen, bed and bath items also. They also have handbags and some jewelry and accessories here. It feels a little bit like a Ross for some reason, maybe it's the lighting inside. Prices are pretty reasonable for regular items. They have some clearance items around the store as well. I didn't find what I needed at my last visit, but will come back if I ever need something. Parking is aplenty here, it's part of a large shopping plaza. They let me try on my online purchase and even gave me the option to exchange for a smaller size if they have it in stock in this store. Luckily I didn't have to find a new size so that was good. I'd you do pick up in store you get an additional 10% off your purchase in the store. I was able to get additional leggings and dresses so that extra discount was nice. Overall great store. Lots of parking in this plaza. Easy to find and for me it's all about the customer service. Even the fitting rooms have their own personalized fans so if you feel hot you can turn on your own fan! Usually when I walk in the store,…read moreI'm greeted, Given the promotions that are going on and asked if I need help throughout the time that I'm in the store and in the dressing room, there were two people besides me in the store. Didn't get greeted. I had to ask for my own fitting room with so much clothes in my hands. There was a sales associate was breaking down boxes in the back and there was another one at the counter At 1 point I was the only one in the store And I had over $300 worth of merchandise that I was trying on. I didn't once get asked how I was doing in the fitting room. I was in there for well over 20 minutes. Then, half of my clothes that I wanted to try on weren't in there. They had put them back. I forgot what I had picked out at that point. Just a very negative experience. And with the Torrid in the Tyler Galleria going out of business, this location is going to get all of their business, and they really need to up their game because that is unacceptable. I have been in retail, all of my adult life. I'm retired age now. And this is why the stores are going out of business. Because people can shop online and not have to deal with bad attitudes and blazè associates. From the comfort of their own home they can shop and read reviews. if you want to keep your store in business TORRID, you need to make sure that your store management is making sure at team meetings that it's drilled over and over how to be a good sales associate and have consequences of its not met. The way of the mall and strip mall is going to be in the history books Soon, and this is going to hurt your bottom line. People want to go into a store and feel like they are wanted in there. I'm impressed with their selection of adult men's shoes. Didn't really check out the other side of the store, but I was in a bit of a rush. Their exchange policy was great; even with a buy one get one half off promo, the exchange even gave me a few dollars back. The exchange had 90 days to be done, so, I appreciated their flexibility. Shopping here was convenient and accommodating.
