Came by to do an exchange and the staff were awesome. Super helpful and made the exchange quickly and efficiently. This location had a bigger selection, too, than the one I went by in Chino. I'm impressed with their selection of adult men's shoes. Didn't really check out the other side of the store, but I was in a bit of a rush. Their exchange policy was great; even with a buy one get one half off promo, the exchange even gave me a few dollars back. The exchange had 90 days to be done, so, I appreciated their flexibility. Staff here are always friendly. Store is meticulously clean with great selection of shoes. While I absolutely love shopping here for my everydayware shoes in the $50~100 range, I do sometimes wish they had a bit higher end shoes.. Am a huge fan of MIUSA NB but they have none :(. but I guess it's just their business model so it's understandable. read more

I came in a bit later than I would have liked to, but I was attempting to make an impulsive purchase on something I was already set on purchasing. My girlfriend and I we're going to spend $70+ on two matching purchases and we're in the store for less than 10 minutes. No one asked to help us but we're quick to remind us that they were closing soon, both at the door and as we literally picked out our last purchase. A woman had told us "Hey, it's 6pm now, gather your purchases and proceed to the register." She wasn't rude about it and I want to be clear about that, it's just that there was no effort in customer assistance at all. It forced me to look up prices on Amazon instead and we still didn't stay a minute later than close. I've never seen a company lose $70 so fast but I'm not worried about it, thank you for reminding me that I have better options that don't involve employees with a attitude that doesn't represent customer service. This is the exact reason why so many businesses around you are closing up and I don't even need to shop here again to know that you will fall in line with this without decent customer service. The man ringing me up this morning was polite and friendly. I was in the back with my child when a man and women was trying to rob the store of some shoes. I was unaware until I walked up to the register after the couple left and overheard what happened from the other customers. The man working this morning handled the situation well and no one was hurt. He even apologized to the customers for the situation. First I wanna say this is the worst service I have ever endured in my entire life. As soon as we walked in we got told by some blonde rude lady working the register "I'm closing my register in 10 minutes so you have that time to shop" I came in to buy shoes for my birthday that's on Sunday and was trying to find my size so me and my partner can match because that's all I wanted to do, I've had a sh***y day and I was looking forward to this. I was about to pick up the size I wanted when some lady (I assume was the manager) rudely said "we are closed so youre gonna need to bring your items up to the register now and pay" So I quickly grabbed my shoes and ran to the register with my fiancé. I have never felt so rushed in my life. They absolutely made me feel like shit when all I wanted to do was buy 2 pairs of our favorite shoes. The manager was extremely rude and that's just not how you treat guests when they walk in. I'm a general manager and I would NEVER rush a patron or make them feel sh***y like they did with me. You guys just lost out on $100 worth of sales because we were gonna buy multiple pairs today. So I hope the manager reads this and sees how she made us feel. And to whoever is above this lady- she shouldn't work for you. Every single employee in there except the guy at the counter made us feel awkward, embarrassed and uneasy. Thanks for nothing!!! My Mother and I ventured into the store 2 days before Christmas. It was pretty busy however, we were still greeted and offered assistance. We found exactly what we were looking for fast and headed to the register. Our greeter, Danny, was waiting for us there. He asked if there was anything else we needed for our boots and pointed out the boot covers on sale. They were SUPER CUTE and BOGO 1/2 Off so I grabbed a couple. He then reminded me to enter my phone number to earn points through the Rewards program. After seeing I was already a member he informed me there was a coupon online. I grabbed my phone and quickly found the 15% off my total purchase. AWESOME! If that's not enough we actually came back right at closing because we needed another pair to go with an outfit purchased for a niece. Danny once again opened the door and smiled. He politely informed us it was closing time. We told him we knew exactly what we wanted and we'd be in line before the cashier was ready for us. He said okay and let us in. We did as we said and grabbed the boot box and hit the register. Once again using our 15% off coupon. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The new person I don't know where she is from but not California. Everyone was helped except me, I was not asked for help, I helped myself totally from start to finish. Also why force your merry Christmas down my throat... Im not Christian. This is a multi cultural city,besides it's not Christmas. Also why so condescending, Damn. I needed shoes and I just came in. It's like a step above payless. Update: the store is clean and have a big selection. Wrong to cay step above payless. The shoes I bought fit good, and already used them. Problem was that really felt unwelcome not because of rudeness, just because I was looking at different shoes and actually needed a size but ended up getting a cheaper pair only because the size issue. This could be 3 stars and it could be 5. Im always able to find a pair of shoes that I like. I'm not much of a shoe-wearing person, I love my sandals, even though I have severely flat feet. Or negative arch hah. They have a wide selection but not much variety like you see in other shoe stores at the mall. Just a lot of the same styles with different color schemes. They're simple but they look good. I mainly come here when I need shoes for work, but sometimes I'll just cruise through each aisle to see what they got, which is just the same. Every now and then "yolo" would pop up and I'll end up leaving with 2 pairs of shoes. This place is great if you like those simple styles. To me less is more! The crew is always nice there. There weren't really any staff members in the store helping but they have all the sizes already out on the floor so you don't really need help to try on the styles you want. She was so helpful and so intent to provide excellent customer satisfaction that I asked her if she worked on commission. She said no, she was just being helpful. Great job from a friendly and professional representative. I'd never shopped at that store before and stopped there just because it was open on a holiday. She was truthful when I tried on a pair of shoes and asked her opinion and she found another pair that I was very satisfied with and that fit better. There was a big bald man working Monday morning (02/09/2015). I didn't catch his name but he wears glasses and has a mustache. I'm assuming he's the manager because he was the only person working in the store. He was not welcoming at all, he didn't smile once, and stated at me the entire time I was in the store.
