I was unaware that she was following behind us "escorting" us out. When we were outside the door, my friend asked why she felt the need to escort us out. She clapped her hands and said, "I gave you a refund, now leave." I was honestly flabbergasted. I have never experienced anything like this before. Her lack of self-control was mind-blowing. She seemed to feel the need to make herself feel superior, which honestly came across as sad and rooted in insecurity.
