Today I went to return an Amazon order, which is quite convenient, and received a 25% off coupon that must be used the same day. Boy, I got good use of that coupon! I bought gifts galore and got such a wonderful bargain. Most of the items were on sale and then got 25% off! They have name brand items and they have some less expensive things. It's very easy place to shop no matter what your budget. I highly recommend you visit!

1 Star - Serious Customer Service & Equity Concern…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Kohl's store in Georgetown. During my visit, I was repeatedly ignored by floor associates, despite employees actively assisting other customers standing directly beside me. I was never acknowledged or offered help. This selective engagement was noticeable and deeply concerning, and it raised serious questions about unequal treatment in the store. Compounding this issue, a prior transaction was never clearly explained, which resulted in me losing $23.33 in Kohl's Cash. When I contacted Kohl's corporate customer service for clarification and resolution, the experience was equally unsatisfactory. The representative did not attempt to review or look up the transaction and instead offered vague assumptions with no accountability, explanation, or effort to resolve the issue. As a customer, I expect consistent, fair, and professional treatment--both in-store and through corporate support channels. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a breakdown in customer service standards and a lack of ownership at multiple levels. Situations like this undermine trust and raise legitimate concerns about how customers are treated and supported. I strongly encourage store leadership and corporate management to review both the in-store conduct and the handling of customer inquiries, as this experience fell well below the standard expected from a national retailer.

Y'all, I love a good random lollygag, shop til I drop experience... but today I chose the wrong…read moreretail store. The merchandise was everywhere and anywhere, so much disarray. It's hard to shop when things are so out of order. On a positive note, there is an abundance of inventory to shop. But on a not so positive note, It's extremely ill organized. The checkout line gets extremely long, with 2 to 3 registers open. But meanwhile, there will be staff up front not working registers. The store needs a major organization rehaul. The inventory presentation is a mess. Also, The manager needs to balance store traffic and register support, maintaining a line that flows without getting backed up into the store. I would imagine that sales would increase if people could actually see and find what they want to buy in an orderly merchandised store.

Absolutely humiliating experience at Ross Store #1487 in Georgetown…read more On 9/27/25, cashier Anaya Jones shoved my items into a bag like garbage, I proceeded to fold them and she moved my bag to the counter beside her and said we dont fold items, and made a sarcastic remark about people trying clothes on, to make sure i washed them first, very ver sarcastically. I asked if we were done here she said yes and I left. She never gave me a receipt, then chased me into the parking lot shouting my card was declined--making it look like I stole something. I'm 69 with leg issues, forced to walk back, only for her to press a button and hand me a receipt with no apology. Manager Esmeralda somewhat apologized but never said the employee would be counselled. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. Shame on Ross.

I've been a loyal Costco Executive member since 2010. I've never experienced such poor customer…read moreservice. We came on a busy Saturday and purchased a few items when the one item we came looking for was unavailable. We were checked out by a very pleasant and cordial Daniel. As we were exiting, front end employee Francois pointed out we had 8 items and only 7 on our receipt. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and directing us to customer service to pay for the item that Daniel had forgotten, he asked us to identify each item in the cart on the receipt as he checked it off. He told us to go back to the self checkout lines were the cashier hurriedly checked us out for the one item (and took some information about the missed item and cashier, presumably for QA). We went back thru the exit and Francois double checked we had the second receipt. No one apologized for the inconvenience for Costco's mistake. Instead, they made us feel like WE did something wrong. Better customer service would have been to apologize for inconvenience and then make the ring up process for the missing item as quick and painless as possible.
