I LOVE it here. The store has a great variety of mens clothes and colognes. The associate Amayah was very sweet and friendly in helping me find what I needed and never dropped the lovely smile from her face. She had knowledgeable insight and opinions to assist me and I respect how she treated me. She definitely made my day soo much better when it was down in the beginning. We need more people like her in the world. Once I found what I was looking for. Kylee at the registers was so polite and helpful in ensuring I saved and had a great time at Kohls. I visit this store regularly. Over the past few months the service has been downgrading. There is usually only 1 or max 2 persons at the counter. We went to return something and the lady at the counter was so exhausted that she was showing it on us instead of. I don't blame her but instead blame the management. read more

TLDR: It's a classic, if dead-ish department store. No more, no less. First off, I need to come clean and say that I've been in Kohl's several times in the past year, and always for the same thing: to return something to Amazon.com. Their Amazon center is convenient to me, and works great unless there's someone there trying to COMPLAIN instead of RETURN. In return I get coupons to shop at Kohls, so I've been looking around. On the plus side the store is clean, quiet, and uncrowded. On the flip side...none of the coupons seem to come close to the price I could get at other local stores, from bedspreads to shirts to batteries. I've always liked the merchandise at Kohl's. It has everything from cookware, home goods and shoes to clothing, cosmetics and toys. My Skechers were a bit worn so I ordered a new pair online for pickup. If you'd busy like me, this is an excellent way to shop and save shipping costs. I used kohl's cash and a coupon and paid a little over $40 for shoes that would have cost $70 (tax and shipping). Good merchandise at great prices! read more

I have shopped here every now and then because I want to support local businesses. Honestly, this store is not bad at all, it's pretty good. It's always clean, the fitting rooms orderly and the staff is friendly. I enjoy the small talk the cashiers make an effort to hold with me and I like the overall atmosphere in this store. It's great for jeans and for other essential clothing. I have never really experienced where the selves were a mess like at other clothing stores so overall i would recommend this place and think Kohls provides very good value for your money. read more

Most things are overpriced. To make up for this, there are usually discounts, especially on things like jewelry that bring it down to a regular price. The selection in certain departments is poor but if you want something random like a fuzzy toilet seat cover then you'll have no problem finding that. read more

They can destroy your credit and are unforgiving!!!! Kohl's Credit card is one of the worst scams you can get. I signed up at the store and they said they would send me my bill. I waited... I never received any information regarding my bill. 2 days after the due date, they called me to tell me my payment was late. They helped me login to my account (as I had never done that before... and I paid my card in full.) They hit my credit report. I just received another call today for something my son used my card to purchase 1 week ago... NO STATEMENT FROM KOHL'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was told "my payment was late" and there was another hit to my credit report. I paid it in full. I am canceling my Kohl's card. They can destroy your credit and are unforgiving!!!! read more

Tried to buy a shirt and it rang up as not discounted to what the sale sign said. When I tried to explain it to the cashier she first didn't believe me and then when I showed her the sign still tried to explain that it was for a different shirt with the exact brand, name and original price. Stopped in here to get some undies....running low. I grabbed a deal or so I thought. The catch was buy one get the other half off....The total price was almost $50 ...for men's underwear (two packs of 4 ea.). I ended up at Target later in the day and picked up a pack of 6 for $13...so I returned. Normally this is my go to for shopping and great prices but not today. I'm really sad! I love this Khols but I won't ever be back. :( I went there to get my husband some new underwear because they were having a buy one get 1/2 off on every brand.. when I started to pick some out I made sure that they all had the buy one get 1/2 off electronics sign over them (even though they all did) and read the WHOLE description. So I was thinking you could mix match like you ALWAYS CAN as long as they were the same promotion/sale. I trust khols.. I shop there every Saturday almost! So I didn't check as they were ringing me up that the deal wasn't working. (That's my fault) when I got home I looked at the receipt and I noticed that it didn't ring up the way it was supposed to. So,I politely called and explained to them thinking it was a mistake. They then began to tell me that it had to be the same brand but it nowhere said that on any of the signs or ads I had seen. And I am very thorough when it comes to khols signs because they can be sneaky.. I explained that to the lady I was on the phone with and she said that she was sorry that the sign didn't explain that. Then that was it... I usually just let these things go but this issue was their fault for not explaining the sale properly. ANYWAYS! I called Georgetown Khols to ask if the buy one get one 1/2 off was for for mix match or only same brands and they told me it was mix match or same! So I'm headed there for them to fix it. My typical shopping plan is to never pay full price. This week I decided to replace my very old much worn black hoodie. It's been around for many moons and may have been the original hoodie prototype before everybody had one or ten. Browsing through the well organized athletic wear at Kohls, I found a great fitting replacement at 50% off for $12.98. As I walked to the counter I considered that I never use the "hood" portion of a hoodie. I typically wear a baseball cap when I walk or run. So why am I buying a "hoodie"? Do I pay more for the hoodie portion? A very sweet girl, Serendipity, checked me out. This is the first Serendipity I've ever met although I have experienced serendipity from time to time. I began thinking this is just her fake Kohls name or perhaps a carry over from her stripper days. She may have selected the name so she could say, "I've got your serendipity right here, big guy!" After I got home, I tried the hoodie on again and realized it squished mah gurls a little too much. That could get uncomfortable when I'm walking or running so I went back the next day. Cindy, in customer service was more than happy to help me and called someone from the store to find another hoodie. This is not your Macy's or Dillard's where you would get a return receipt and are left to your own devices to find another size. A sales associate showed up quickly and whisked away to return in about two minutes with a proper fitting hoodie. Go to Kohls for a little serendipity in whatever version you wish. read more

I've shopped this location quite a few times now as well as done returns and exchanges from online orders I placed. I've never had any issues with their staff. All returns and exchanges were pleasant and hassle free. I do find it difficult to find people to ask questions​ or help me find items most of the time but when I do they are all very nice and caring. Good prices as all Kohl's have. read more

If I could give this store a zero I would. I purchased a dress for my granddaughter the Saturday before Easter. Sunday, she gets ready and discovers the security clip thing on her dress left on by Kohls!! It is Easter, Kohls is closed, my granddaughter is in tears, she has nothing to wear for Easter, plus she leaves today to go back home out of town!!!! I am out $72.00 for what. I finally caved and got the credit card. I love Kohl's. They make it easier for me to save money and still get nice clothing, shoes, and accessories. They've been a bit pushy about signing up for things even after I've politely declined multiple times. I've had a couple experiences with unhelpful employees. I've had some flat out ignore me when I ask for help, but most of them are willing to assist. read more

The associates are friendly at this store and there is hardly ever line unlike some of the busier kohl's stores (lakeline). If you forget your coupon or your phone, just tell the cashier, they will still give you the 20% off. Also, sometimes they have 30% off if you use kohl's charge. I never carry the kohl's charge card on me cause I very rarely charge anything at all - but they can look up your account with your driver's license so you can still get the maximum savings. read more

This place is horrible! I went to return some socks and random things my mother kindly bought for me this Christmas because they were the wrong size. Obviously I didn't have a receipt b/c it was A GIFT! The lady working at the customer return register was helpful.(only star) she told me to go find things with the same price for a even exchange. So I looked at the 3 items I had and the suggested retail prices. One $30,$24,20. I was able to find the same socks I had been gifted in a different size. Prices the same.($20) this was the easy exchange! The I found 2 packs of boxers @$20.( which was less than than the other suggested retail prices of previously purchase items.($30,$24)I don't want any money back for the difference, just items I could wear. Lady said It would be more! WTF are u serious. Then she went on to tell me it was store policy. The return policy was the lowest price over the last 13 weeks! It makes no since, I wanted to exchange for lower priced items and it wasn't allowed! This is a horrible store policy and will never go back! This is a jacked service idea to screw people out of their money spent in this store and if you want something different it's gonna cost you idea! Ok here is what is not my mind today. My husband bought me a watch at Kohl's about 4 years ago. I recently have needed to get the battery changed. I took it to Kohl's by lakeline mall where it was purchased and they could not get the back off and scratched the back of the watch. I just took the battery to the Kohl's in Leander and I got the same thing from them. Now why am I writing this well I was told first that Kohl's does not sell these watches anymore and that was said to me right when the supervisor looked at my watch. I then watched as she tried to take the back off my watch and she scratched it some more and did not get the back off. Then this supervisor finally gave us and said that the o-ring might have received some moisture and it expanded and that is why it is hard to get the back off. I was then told that I would need to take it to a jeweler and pay them 20 dollars to get the back off and pay another 5 or so dollars for the battery. Now at this point I did not say anything to them about wanting anything from them. I was content leaving and taking my watch to the jeweler. The supervisor asked her manager if they could as a one time thing reimburse me for the work being done on the watch. The manager was snotty and said well we are not going to keep doing this each time she needs a battery. I said thank you and left he store. I have emailed a letter to the Kohl's Corporate Office and said that I was going to find every type of media I could to let everyone know that Kohl's does not stand behind there products. So anyone seeing this let your family and friends know to watch out Kohl's will leave you hanging. read more
