TJ Maxx is my go to store for Christmas things. They have very good bargains and they have a wide selection of a lot of things from clothes to food to toys to decor dishes., etc. The store was bright and vibrant and full of energy. The shelves were adequately stocked. I walked around, not knowing what I wanted, and found a few very good items. They have an exceptional toy area. They also have a really good area for our fur-babies. Brand name items can be found here at low prices. They have a men's section and a woman's section and a toy section and a household section. It's a big store. The line was long to check out, but the checkers were doing a good job and I got through the line easily My checker was very kind and considerate. I truly appreciate good customer service. They have a credit card that one can get and get a discount on their first purchase. read more

This is my favorite TJ Maxx! My home store- if you will. It has some awesome finds and isn't completely ransacked like some other locations. I will say the floor plan is a little too cramped but I suppose that's also a plus cause that means more stuff lol. I do wish they had a larger selection of children's items but I always leave here with something I don't need but also really really love. read more

I love tjmaxx and go all the time. This was my first time going to this location. Everything went smoothly until checkout. I felt pressured to get their credit card because the lady asked multiple times disregarding my no. And when I tried to get my receipt, she just shoved it at me and looked at me. Went here to shop with my Mom. She got work out clothes, costume jewelry and these adhesive type bras. I went to get liquid eye liner. This TJ Maxx is huge. I remember the TJ Maxx in California. I've always remembered them in a normal size dept store. But this particular one was huge. There's more purses to choose from. More beauty products. More home decor. It was definitely a treat to be here. Their line gets full super fast so keep a look out and hurry into the line when it shortens. read more

I love going to this TJ Maxx location. The prices are affordable, the style is pretty decent, and there's quite a variety of items from clothing to home decor. The cashiers have always been nice and I've never had to wait in line here long. I found a romper the other day that fits so well no one would ever know it's not from a designer store. read more

So on this particular day my granddaughter and I were out shopping and we decided that the TJ Maxx going to be the choice for today upon entering the store it was hot but I move forward believing that it was just at the door as I'm shopping I began to sweat not to mention putting back quite a bit of merchandise because it was missing tags so as I am checking out they call for a price check on a backpack purse that I have for my granddaughter I believe the managers name is Jan she comes up and she snatches the purse out of the cashier hand I asked the cashier did she just snatched it out of your hand she say yes but she continue to do her job me on the other hand I'm thinking that was so rude in front of my granddaughter and myself so we continue to check out without the backpack purse because she took quite a bit of time coming back and I didn't want to hold the line up anymore so upon exiting my granddaughter decides that she still wants the backpack purse we get back into line and get the purse which was a huge convenience not to mention the manager being that rude and unapologetic the only pleasant thing I could say about the store was the cashiers the young ladies upfront they are all very pleasant to eyes and have a great customer service which leaves me with the consideration of returning to the store even though it is hot the manager was rude read more

I've been to many TJ Maxxs in the various states that I've lived in. Each store catered to a different clientele which would inevitably determine how much of a certain style/age-appropriate clothing you'd find on the floor. This particular store is well-stocked, bright, and clean, but I wouldn't say abundantly stocked for an under-30 crowd. Overall, that won't stop me from shopping here though - just means I'll be less inclined to drop dough on shoes and clothing which is much better on my wallet. :P read more

I brought home a swim suit to try on and the top didn't fit, so I didn't even bother with the bottoms. When I went to return it, the tape cover thing on the bottoms was missing so they wouldn't let me get my money back. Their store is a disaster and it was missing when I bought it. I didn't have my receipt so I only got store credit for all the other things I returned. Their giant TJ Maxx tags are on literally every single item. So irritated with my whole experience. Don't get me wrong, I love TJ Maxx. But today I went in with my 4 month old who obviously needed a change mid shop (a complete blow out). Went to the bathroom and there was no changing table and the counters have limited space to make a makeshift one. So I had to leave and ended up changing my son in 100 degree heat outside with the door propped open in the parking lot. A little addition of a changing table can go very for your Maxinistas with little nuggets in tow. read more

Love this store! Great values especially in the linen department. The only thing I'd change is the men's department. The men's department could be bigger and have more offerings . You'd think a university town would have more guy stuff. T J Maxx has brilliant gift ideas. I also like the game ideas for family gatherings. read more

TJ Maxx and Marshall's are places that are hit or miss. This TJ Maxx was okay. I did find lots of work pants but trying to find my size is different. I found some but ones I really wanted they didn't have my size. I will be going here again but hopefully it will be a hit! read more

I really like this TJ Maxx location. It's consistently clean, well stocked, and organized. It seems to me that certain stores always have certain departments they excel at and, for me, this location is great for finding shoes and housewares. I've found awesome deals on shoes (Merrells for $29? Hell yes!) and a wide range of sizes. And I'm forever picking up new pillows or blankets or a kitchen gadget I can't live without. The only shortcoming, for me personally, is this location seems to have a very small selection of ladies jeans. Wish that was improved. That's my only criticism though, I like this place! read more

Was just in here this morning at 9:40am, and the 1 and only girl at the cashier counter behaved as if she was comatose. Didn't call out for the next person to come to her cashier counter, so I just went on over anyway. Then, she didn't smile, didn't even look at me, and when I finished paying for my 2 products, she went about doing other things and didn't even give me my purchase. Finally, I HAD to say something! So here is goes, "May I please have my purchase?" I said... She simply kept her disinterested poker face on, evaded my gaze altogether, and said "Uh, oh, sorry," with a whisper, for in actuality she wasn't sorry at all. She simply doesn't want to be there. T. The high rating is entirely due to the manager at this store who took the time to look up our purchase, confirm that it was actually me, and give us a full refund. We lost the receipt for a return. It would have been easy to tell us that it isn't possible to find the receipt and then give us store credit, but Mr. Foster went out of his way on a very busy evening to help us out. As for the store itself, I am not a big fan of shopping, but I enjoyed looking at all the creative toys, games and activities they have scattered about the store. They tend toward the generic, like yo-yos and "spring toys" and harmonicas, which may not be of the highest quality, but they seem reliable, priced about right for what they are and definitely fun. The harmonicas would make great first instruments for a child, for example (but I didn't try one, which should be illegal if it isn't). read more

What can I say, I love shopping at this TJ Maxx! Great prices, quality trendy selections, clean and well organized. Plus excellent customer service from the staff. Recently tho, they've gone way over my expectations. My purse was stolen and in it, my receipt I needed for several returns. Lynda, the store manager listened to my situation and took her time to help me find a copy of my receipt in their computer system. I was able to return all the stuff with no problem. Thank you Lynda, I really do appreciate the way you listen to your customers and how all the sales persons I spoke with on the phone and in person were all so courteous, friendly, and helpful. read more

Do not apply for a credit card from this company. My daughter thought she was just getting a discount card and it just cost 145.50 to close the " charge card" she never got. The collection department is in the Philippines, and harassed us into paying. Or they would report the non payment to the credit bureau . This discount card is a scam. We will never buy anything from this or any other T.J. max and suggest you do not either, or they will continue to scam other young customers. read more
