Such as moving items to different locations behind the counter and office before purchasing items to buy. Thus not getting paid for item. After leaving the shop I realized and had to return to store to collect money owed for item taken into their office prematurely before transaction was complete. Typically all items that are being considered for purchase be left on the counter in front of both the seller and buyer until transaction is completed. Also wasting my time as well as theirs in purchasing items that one owner likes but the other owner doesn't like after looking up items for their value and then not buying items because one owner isn't in agreeance with the other. They need a better system in regards to this type of buying process as to not waste everyone's time when end result was not to buy. While one owner admires the craftsmanship of an item of being that of high quality and another owner claiming it's cheaply made when clearly it's a designer piece with designers signature on item. ​​​Their own staff isn't even on the same page and isn't knowledgeable about what they are speaking about. When he realized the household was much larger than the couch he had brought he had offered to bring a brand new sectional instead and he would bring it eventually after gifting the other family's . Well it had been a month I've contacted him , gone into the store and gotten a bit of a run around . The last time I went into the store may of 2025 he said they would bring it for my mothers birthday they did not I contacted them in June with still no reply . I also last contacted them in December with a mild response and now have contacted him again with no response . After browsing through I have to say that this is an underrated store in Spokane. Great prices on very cool pieces! People- do not- I repeat do-not drive all the way to Seattle for Ikea nonsense. Dania will get you the modern stuff, you won't have to put it together, and its really affordable (and you can avoid the stress of cramming things into your car for the drive home). The only thing is Dania doesn't have meatballs...so there is a drawback. For apartment dwellers or smaller home folks they have the modern, smaller scale pieces but also huge sectionals for your epic lake cabin people. During my most recent visit, I found an old Girl Scout book with recipes for Girl Scout cookies. I also purchased a whole bunch of skeleton keys. I have an old house with the original doors throughout that require a skeleton key to lock the door. Unfortunately, the keys must have gotten lost over time, thus why I bought a bunch of different ones to try to figure out which ones could actually work to lock the doors in my house. Surprisingly, two of the keys did work! So, now I know which ones to buy more of in the future. I also got a plant that has been thriving in my office. While located on a busy street, parking is easily available as there is plenty of parking behind the building.
