Sexton furniture and appliances claim to have repair services and they are the closest authorized Speed Queen repair service . So I called them , I was greeted by lady who had a very nasty disposition. She was not impolite, but with a spiteful tone in her voice, she took intense pleasure informing me that because I didn't buy my washing machine from Sexton furniture, they refuse to repair it on warranty . I found a repair service further away to fix it . The woman at Sexton furniture's very ugly spiteful tone and disposition towards me only ensures that I will never do business with Sexton furniture and appliances

The people here are so friendly and I've never once felt pressured to buy anything. They've let me leave at will and follow up with a phone call days later to gauge my interest. They not only provide free in town delivery, but also in home set up. We've purchased a dining room table and chairs and a bed for my daughter. Both were delivered and setup in our home the same day. We even changed our mind on the bed and decided to get a larger one. They came and disassembled the bed, loaded it and took it back at no extra charge. They delivered the new bed and assembled it as soon as it came in. I also carelessly broke one of the backs to a dining room chair a month after purchase. I called them and they got a new back from the manufacturer and they replaced it for me after it came in. Even pricing...I've seen the exact same rug at Ashley for $850 priced at $500 at Sexton. For the service and price, they just can't be beat. I'm calling again today to order another new bed from them. They're just fantastic people and help in any and every way they can and they go above and beyond in doing it.

Truthfully I've had this storage until with my brother for a good 5/6 years. While we have been…read morelate before, we always paid it before it was auctioned off, or "dumped". We recently fell behind on payments due to me losing my job. This last week we went two catch up on our two months, like we've done before, putting the money in an envelop and sliding it through the door. In this time we've not once had a call or anything claiming it was bout to be "dumped". And items in there weren't ones we just didn't care about. For reference, yes I am saying it was dumped, because thats what was said by the person in messages. When we were informed about the units fate (after it happen), the guy was rude, or a dick as some might say. I'm out basically 200, because even though he got rid of my stuff, he kept the money I paid not knowing it was gone. Money I would of put to taking care of my child instead. The dresser isn't replaceable since it's been in my family since before I was born, some other stuff is. And I hope to god, i got everything document wise out of there.
