The person in charge of catering, the owner's wife, was at first unavailable and then dismissive and seemed totally uninterested in my business. One of the employees did her best to help. When I emailed to cancel the order because it was as "fun as banging my head against the wall." She replied "likewise." Extremely poor customer relations - we will never go back and never recommend.

Well, we tried this place once more thinking after the time between visits it would be better. HA! Not a chance. I ordered the 22oz porterhouse, loaded sweet potato, salad with ranch.... Simple right?.... At 2:15 in the afternoon it was a slow time of the day and the place was less than half full. We thought this would be a great time for a relaxing meal. First we placed our orders and we asked for a appetizer & rolls. It all came at the same time as the steaks did. Seriously! The server had no clue to anything being wrong with this picture... Where was the servers training? She didn't see the problem with the cold food plopped on the table. I told the server that this was just not acceptable. She got the manager. He came and asked what was the problem. I instructed him to just touch the plates. They were cold. My wife had lobster tail. It wasn't even Luke warm. It was just plain out cold. Also explained that the appetizer arrived cold at the same time the steaks did. He did see the issue and he apologized and redid the meal. First we got the appetizer and it was hot thank goodness! It was served my different manager. He explained he was from Tupelo Mississippi. The steaks came next in a timely manor. But still not right. Mine was leather tough. The seasoning was not there. My loaded sweet potato was one with just butter. Not loaded. At this time we just shut up and ate. Thinking I could be worse. It just kept getting worse. The manager said the meal was on them. The said that they were sorry for our trouble. Nice, but I told him that we just wanted what I paid for. Id rather pay for a good meal and be happy than a free plate of mistakes. My wife's plate was ok but her filet was not cooked to order. Medium rare was done all the way. All the time we had to flag the server for refills over and over. Dehydration doesn't make a meal appealing by no means. The server also had to be reminded every time for hot rolls and never ever got the honey mustard we asked for at the start of our order. So I told the server my sweet potato was still wrong but she could get it right and put in a (to-go) box for later. Instead she brought me a little kit to fix it for myself later. As in me go home and bake it. It had marshmallows and some kind of syrup with the potato upside down in the styrofoam box... We also had to ask for a bag to put this in...Seriously!!!! I'm still pissed. I got better food and service at my jr. High school . Never ever go here. It's a lost hope. I gave a second chance. They proved that they just don't care at all for the customer. read more

We went for our 5th wedding anniversary, and we were blown away by the little details they did to the restaurant and how they made us feel for our special day. The entire staff was incredible.
