Went for birthday. Steaks were terrible. Both mine and my husband's had gristle. (Brought home for the dog & he probably won't eat it) I ate 3 bites of mine and should say part of 3 bites cause spit it out. Forgot our mozzarella sticks and brought them after meal arrived. I come here about once a year (on purpose), but this is going to be the last annual visit. Arrived at the restaurant at about 4pm, place was not busy at all. My party of 3 was sat directly next to another party of 4, in adjacent booths - when there were plenty of other empty booths available. Being busy is one thing, but some people do NOT like being seated next to other parties when there are clearly other seats available. We had to go looking for our own bucket of peanuts as none were directly served to us. Waitress was not directly rude, but she was far from a people person. Could not hear her well as she spoke very timidly - and the restaurant was pretty quiet!. All 3 members of our party wanted to order chicken since it was on special from 3-6pm, only for our quiet waitress to inform us they'd "run out". Refills were dreadfully slow, but food was decent. Runner had to serve us our food. I thought this was what a waitress was for? Since there were two individuals serving us, we were confused as to who to leave a tip to - so we opted not to. Spoke with the manager before leaving who did not even offer a discount on the bill. We've given this place many chances. We will not be back. read more

We got there 6:30 an hour later we got cold food. i ordered prime rib it was colder than the air in the restaurant , so were the fries...sent it back, it was returned warmed on one side on the cold plate with the cold fries now VERY cold from before. My mother ordered chicken tenders and a baked potato with broccoli. The broccoli was cold tenders room temp. only thing even warm was the potato...My stepfather got a salad it was fine. We asked for check time 7:50 on check..then went to find food. NEVER EVER AGAIN...how do they stay in business when so consistently bad?? Went here really unsure of how it was going to be because of how empty it was but we were greeted really nicely and were seated very quickly! Some of the waitresses definitely give of an attitude vibe but thank goodness we had an amazing waitress Kayla!! We waited a little bit before she came to our table and she felt so bad about it she paid for everything except our appetizer and my boyfriends beer! Our total was $6.96 and it was totally unexpected! We only waited like 5 minutes for her and I've been to far worse restaurants and have never had a meal paid for I'm so genuinely surprised and grateful! After having the worst dining experience of my life here a few years ago, I was hesitant to go back. Three years had passed so I figured I'd give it another shot. The time we waited to be seated was average. Once we got seated we waited a while for the waitress to come to our table. She finally came around and we ordered our food. Once ordered, it took quite some time for it to be brought out. I even asked our waitress what the hold up was. She said the food would be ready soon. 10-15 minutes later our food was served and all of our meals were cold. Not warm but cold so it had obviously been ready for a while. This used to be my favorite restaurant in town. I was very disappointed in my experience. I ordered a 6 Oz sirloin steak medium with a baked potato and a salad. The salad never came out so when the waitress brought our food I asked about the salad and was told she forgot (no big deal). I started eating my other food as I waited for my salad. The potato appeared old it was hard to smash, discolored, and wet on the inside more kind of slimy than wet. When she finally came back with the salad she asked how the food was. I told her about the potato and she went to get a new one. The second potato was the same way. My steak that was suppose to be medium was more rare than my husband's who ordered his medium rare. For a medium steak I expect some red,but my entire steak look like it had been browned long enough to cook the outside and that's it (the entire inside was red). The salad that was brought out was partly whiltted. My total was alittle more than 75 dollars and the food wasn't even mediocre. I don't mind paying for a good meal but this kind of quality is unacceptable for what you pay there. I have seriously had better food from a fast food restaurant. read more

Hands down the WORST dining experience we have had since moving here. We waited at the bar for our table and the bartender did not even acknowledge us for at least 5 minutes. When she finally came over to us, she blatantly rolled her eyes when I asked to see a drink menu. The same girl ignored my husband when he attempted to settle the tab before our meal. When we got our meal, mine was cold and so was my daughters'. My husband referred to his as 'the worst $20 steak he has ever had'. We will not be returning to any Logan's Roadhouse location, ever. Bad experience, first of all the hostess was extremely rude. She looked to be a young high schooler, acting like she was bothered by customers. We were seated and we ordered our drinks and some zucchini fries as an appetizer, they brought them out and they were very good but my husband noticed a produce sticker has been deep fried with the zucchini. We got the waitress attention and she was very apologetic about it. They brought us out a new batch after the nice manager came out to apologize. Went for an evening dinner. Nice atmosphere but thats about all that was nice about it. Ordered Steak with a side salad and baked potato. Steak was undercooked, while the salad was made nice, the ranch dressing was disgusting. It was like someone poured sugar and some kind of sour liquid in it. I would take a guess and say that like everything else about Logans Roadhouse, they have attempted to copy Texas Roadhouse's food in a miserable failure I might add. The waitress was nice and patient however after sending the salad back and the steak to get a little more done, the manager came out. While I wouldnt say he had a bad attitude it made me and my wife feel somewhat intimidated by his approach to the situation. I ate here right after it opened up, and I now remember why I have not returned since, and more than likely will not return in the future. Took my family out to celebrate my daughter in laws birthday. Not good! I could always depend on Logans for a decent meal. Not this time! If I had taken a chain saw maybe I could have cut up the steak. I actually had to press down on the knife and saw back and forth to even get it to start slicing. Awful. Actually it was a good thing, in a way, because the kitchen/cook messed up and reversed my order with my daughter in laws. Not a good experience for me. The rest of our party all enjoyed their meal. This place was awful and I will never go back. The service was below standard. Our server spilled water all over the table and onto me and another person at our table. This really wasn't the worst thing, since I understand people have bad days. Our server was not remembering anything. Rolls, coffee, salads. We were constantly reminding him of things we had ordered, which got frustrating. I ordered the 6oz sirloin medium and it came out tough and overdone. I'm not one to send food back, but the steak was not eatable. The server had the kitchen make me a new one. The manager came over and said he would discount my meal, which was nice.
