Went to these guys twice in the same month, phone case / screen they sold me the first time wasn't adequate so it broke and I had to replace it again not even a month later. The new one they installed, ended up resulting them shifting something around with the hardware that resulted in me needing a full factory reset AFTER paying for a screen and getting a discount on the new protector. So after spending $60 then $75 with them. I ended up losing everything, all data, photos, videos and more that weren't backed up to the cloud. Going to another repair shop in the area and spending 2 days getting everything recovered. Outside of the time wasted, I wish they'd refund my money. I initially spent $220 for what I was told was a screen replacement -- only to later realize it was a knock-off screen. Even with a new screen protector and case, the screen broke in less than a month with regular use. When I brought it back, I also noticed that the screen protector they gave me originally was too small for the display -- which is a red flag. The technician then offered to replace the screen with an "original" one for $175. I wasn't thrilled about paying more, but figured it was at least some compromise. Less than 24 hours later, the screen broke again -- and this time, the display was still completely intact, so clearly something was wrong with the replacement. I returned to the shop again, and to my surprise, I was told the best they could do was another knock-off screen for $100 Honestly, that's ridiculous. At this point, I've already spent more than what the phone is worth in questionable parts and unreliable service. Beware before spending your money here. While the team is polite and seems helpful, I don't think the product quality is worth the risk. He said it's a $179 flat rate to fix it. Went into the store, his employee said the lowest he could do is $220. I showed him this message on Yelp, he texted the owner and asked. The owner texted him back to charge me $220. The employee then told me the owner tells people a lower price online to get them to come into the store and then upcharges them. The employee even said "well you wouldn't have come in if he told you the real price, right?" I've never seen someone so unashamed of such a brazen lack of integrity. Don't trust this shop, it's absolute garbage. Update: The owner is 100% lying. I stood there as the employee texted and also called the owner to check about a price match and he said no. I brought in my iPhone so that they can replace my cracked camera lens, they replaced the camera lens but now my phone overheats to the point when I am charging it had to pause because it's too hot. I did not have this issue before, another issue is that when I tilt my phone sideways it says my phone doesn't have a SIM card. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but I had to see if my phone would be worth the repair for at least a month. The reason I would rate so high is due to the cost of repair and reliability. I cracked my 11 pro max a few months prior and wanted to get a repair on at least my front screen, due to apple charging an arm and leg for either front or back repairs, which I needed both. Upon me finding this location in downtown LA, I didn't book an appointment or anything I just walked in. I was given a price for front and back repair that was extremely affordable, compared to other repair shops. With me waiting the 3-4 hour waiting time, I came back to a brand new looking phone. I purchased a case and screen protector and walked to my car around the block. The very first thing I noticed was that my Face ID was now unable , keeping in mind my phone functioned properly before repair. I came back to report the issue and was told I need to update to the latest version, and if it was still non responsive, to come back tomorrow. After I went home and updated, I all of a sudden got a Lock Screen notification saying there are unauthentic Apple parts installed into my phone. I also tried to clean my front and back camera to fix the blurred lighting, only to find out my cameras have been altered, with the bottom lense now free spinning instead of being secured, almost like a toy. With me going back the next day I was told the Face ID or "true depth camera" needs to be replaced by apple and that they couldn't fix it. I went to apple and they said there was nothing they could do because the parts on the phone aren't authentic. I literally wanted to forget I even got the repair and just be happy it's no longer cracked, but not even 7 days after repair with a case on and everything, My phone cracked from being propped against a small book and falling over barely a few inches to the ground. The front and back. Now the cracks have gotten extremely unbearable. And I need to get a second repair, to which I will be going to a store with Authentic apple parts. ZERO STARS ZERO EFFORT ZERO CONFIDENCE I recently took my MacBook to LogicFix to get its keyboard repaired. I am the owner of a Tech/IT business, so I am familiar with common computer problems, but we do not specialize in Macs. Upon arriving at the repair shop, the first thing the employee said was "Water damage." I found this suspicious, as I had not spilled any water on my MacBook. I have also heard this same employee jump to the conclusion of water damage with other customers, which leads me to believe that they are quick to diagnose this problem in order to charge the customer for the most expensive repair. I left my MacBook at the shop to be looked at, but when I returned the next week, nothing had been done. I was told that I would have to wait for the "Mac guy" to look at it. I returned the following week, and it took them 10 minutes to find my MacBook under a stack of laptops that were perched dangerously close to the edge of a bookshelf. At this point, I was fed up with the poor service and decided to take my MacBook back. I had wasted enough time already. Conclusion: I would not recommend this place to anyone in need of Mac repair.
