Visited the new Logix branch in Porter Ranch today. Although quite small, I received a big and welcoming smile upon arrival. It's a relatively small branch; one ATM outside and a handful of teller windows. Two or three computers for patrons and of course, free coffee and cookies! I came here in hope to speak with a financial advisor in hopes of optimizing my investments. The branch advisor wasn't there today; she rotates between two or three other Logix branches during the week. The lady at the counter was nice enough to inform and gave me the advisor's business card. Like other Logix, I was very pleased with the reception I received, even though I wasn't there for very long. Parking is plentiful; Logix is tucked into a corner right next to Ralphs market. A nice smile and a friendly face goes a long way...good job Logix Porter Ranch! read more

I used to love this bank, and was happy that many branches have opened. Now there are monthly charges for things there never were charges for. Because I have been taking money out of my money market (which still has a pretty high balance) to put into my 401K, I now am getting charges for being under their high minimum account balances. I've been a member for well over 20 years and am greeted with "we appreciate you long membership" - but apparently they don't. I will be doing my banking elsewhere. read more

I just wanted to say thank you a million times to Travis, I went into the branch on Saturday to open an account with Logix and set up a secured credit card. I went in very nervous and skeptical that I wouldn't get approved for a regular credit card. So when Travis was able to get me approved I was so excited and thrilled. I am so happy I went in and was able to work with him. Not to mention he mailed me a hand written card saying thank you and it all just felt very personal. This bank always treats me like I'm a valued customer. There is always a representative in front that greets with a sincere "hello how are you?" The tellers are very personable and the manager is always around to say hello. This branch isn't your typical stuffy bank where the manager or representatives are tucked away in a room somewhere. Instead, they are visible and welcoming! Also, on one visit during a particularly hot day they gave me a bottle of water and said keep hydrated. I am so grateful to this bank, it has really made my financial life better. Let me tell you my story... I bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla with 64,000 miles on it about 2 1/2 years ago at the Toyota of NH dealership. I was 21 and it was my first car. I had no credit. I ended up with a car loan with the interest at 24%. The cash payout of the car was $13,500. That is close to $8 a day. I have been paying this car for 2 1/2 years and the balance on the car is 12,000. My monthly payments were $436. My husband was pushing me to try to get the car refinanced but wherever I called they could not help me. Keep in mind that when I was 6 months pregnant I lost my job. The bank I had the loan with, west lake financial, basically told me to let the car go and it would get repossessed if I couldn't make the payments. My husband dragged me in here and I could not have been anymore unhappy and jittery. I know the worst they could say was no but I was so tired of being said no to. We were helped by Kaiser& let me just tell you that he was amazing. The value of my car was about $8600 and I owed 12,000 still. I was upside down. Kaiser did the impossible and when he told me we were approved, I literally almost cried. Then he told me my payments would go from $436 to $235 and my apr would go from a 24% to 2.5%. And I did tear up. I could hardly believe it. And Kaiser had the biggest smile, you can tell he strives to help his customers. ...had been thinking about joining a credit union for sometime and after checking local Yelp reviews, I walked into Logix in Porter Ranch. Robert immediately stood up , welcomed me, offered me coffee and a cookie, and asked how Logix could be of service. WHAT? They were off to a fantastic start. I was quickly introduced to Kaiser, a very friendly guy, who spent the next 45 minutes with me explaining how to transfer my accounts and discussing my possible mortgage refi. I set an appointment for a week later, to give me time to gather the required info, and today, I met again with Kaiser and opened my accounts and started my refi process. I'm very happy with the personal attention and the professional and very kind demeanor of Kaiser and the whole staff. I'm a believer. read more

Today was the first find going to Logix. My friend had recommended this bank to me for loans. I originally went to the one on chatsworth but they were fully booked and so was the one on victory so I was sent here. My review is specially for the environment. The staff was friendly, they greeted me as soon as I entered the door and I was offered something to drink by 3 different members in 2 minute intervals and they were consistent and friendly about it. One thing I absolutely dislike about this place is the fact that the desks for the bankers are close together, it's like 2 bankers on one long desk and it's not a separate area where you candela my talk. Anyone around you can hear your financial problems and the bankers talk loud too! It's really uncomfortable when you're discussing financial struggles while others are about a couple feet away from you waiting in the lobby area as well as the teller line. I honestly don't fee comfortable discussing anything in such an open area. I worked for a bank before and desks are separated and bankers don't speak so loud. read more

Went here to open my daughter an account. Was told the wait was about 45 minutes, which I was fine with and thankful about because i hate being told someone will be with you shortly and you're still waiting 30 minutes later. Noric was with us within 15 minutes so that was great. I appreciated that he asked my daughter the questions instead of me. I mean it is her account. I also appreciated that he explained to her the difference between debit and credit. And what was expected with having the accounts. Gave her the booklet and told her she'll be quizzed on it so she had to read it. Later he told her she was joking, i think he knew she was on her way to read the documents asap. Lol. He joked around with her, tried to make her comfortable. I'm glad that he took the time to explain instead of assuming since I already have an account there I would do it. The worst experience of my life! Come in and be treated like a criminal by bank teller Francisco and his manager Daniel. Both men made me feel like I was trying to commit fraud. Never would I have guessed that in 2021 I would be the victim of racism, or be stereotyped the way I was. They kept asking, where I got the check I was trying to deposit. Mind you, I have been with them for about 4 years now and have deposited checks from my mortgage company before with no problem. But these two characters kept questioning me about the check in front of other employees and customers. I asked if it was the check amount or the color of my skin? Daniel kept saying that he would be doing me a favor if he chose to accept my check which he wouldn't. Even afterwards when I tried to make a withdraw Daniel the manager was rude mad dogged me and said he (Francisco) would help me at that point as I was holding back my tears of frustration and anger, I told Francisco I would be taking my business elsewhere. I called customer service in tears told them what happened and told me that a higher up would be contacting me. Art the SoCal manager was very nice and apologetic but told me that all he would do is talk to the two men sometime next week. No one at that bank had the right to make me feel less than human. What a shame! Logix you have really let me down. read more

I am very happy that Logix opened a branch in Porter Ranch. I don't need to travel to Burbank or Woodland Hills anymore. I been banking with Lockheed FCU and now Logix FCU for almost 30 years and always been satisfied with the service. I recently refinanced my house with Logix with a much better rate than other bank offered. The convenience of online banking, the online assistance that help a lot and I don't need to go to the branch just to ask question. The return phone call of the customer service is great. About a week and a half ago my brother and i visited this branch looking to open a "special" account. We were greeted by Brian. I always experience superb customer service at Logix, but this time was more than I could ask for. Brian offered us the customary coffee and water and then told us someone would be with us momentarily. For whatever reason, that person was unable to help us. That's when Brian unreluctantly stepped in. With patience and a smile he assisted us in opening a second account. My brother, who I had picked up from school and drove straight to the bank, was hungry. Without my asking, he asked one of the associates to grab a couple of bags of chips for my brother, who devoured them within seconds. It wasn't until we were nearly finished with the process, that I discovered Brian was leaving for vacation, and had stayed, AFTER HE WAS OFF, to help us! To top it all off, he initiated conversation and actively listened without ever making me feel like he was in a rush or like I was a nuisance. BRIAN YOU'RE THE BEST!
