My analysis is 9.9.... 10 on the crust, it is made with a special recipe with sweet dough that has a solid crunch all around 10 on the sauce, the keystone of the pizza... tastes as fresh as can be, to include the fact he does not skinch on the sauce, which also has a sweet taste - 9.9 on the cheese, he makes his own blend that completely makes the pizza In the end, I have had pizza all over the world . The absolute perfect bread for a juicy sandwich. We also had the lasagna(which I believe is only available on the weekends) and it was fantastic as well. His Grandma's sauce is splendid('Mamma Gulotta's' sold at Woodman's). To top it all off, Nick Gulotta; the owner, chef, order taker, carry out worker(he does it all himself!!!), is just about the nicest person I have ever met.
