Mark just left our home and we couldn't be more pleased with his work. His 40 years of experience certainly shows. He fixed light switches and bulbs that another electrician said we had to re-wire through the house to the non-working outdoor light fixtures. Nope, it was a matter of figuring out which switch went to which fixture or as we found, Christmas tree light plugs installed in the eves. Mark installed a Ring doorbell for us and did a fantastic job. I could go on and on. We learned so much from Mark including something calle Kalvins, I will let you ask him what they are! Three reasons to avoid Logo - 1. Mark installed LED kitchen pucks under the cabinets. The quote was in line with commercial grade lighting, as he indicated. While installing the kitchen lights he ran out of 'transformers'. So he disappeared for hours searching for these 'high end transformers' all over Houston. When he returned, he said he shopped all the commercial/industrial stores and finally found some. HOWEVER, I recently discovered the LED lights, wiring, and transformer were part of a kit purchased from....you guessed it... HOME DEPOT FOR $29.99. 2. Second reason to avoid Logo - months later two of the LEDs wouldn't work. Still under his three-year warranty, he charged me $50 for the service call while complaining that his insurance premiums and overhead were sky high. Mark said the transformers were not working and he didn't have any replacements in his van. So he played with the switches and got them to work (temporarily). Weeks later they stopped working again. 3. Third reason (like you needed two more excuses not to call Logo) Called Logo again for appt. Took a half day from work, waited and waited. He was a no show. Evidently rain was coming into his shop/house and couldn't make it. Called to reschedule, took another half day to meet him. Again a no show. Had a funeral to attend. Neither time was the appointment rescheduled by Logo. I contacted Home Depot warranty dept. They mailed me the wiring free of charge. I replaced them - free of charge. read more

This is the second time I have used this company. Patrick Beacom is the electrician you should request. Our townhome has had several tripped circuits due to all the power surges in the area. Patrick installed a whole home surge protector today. It's got a great warranty, including 5 years for Logo's work. He also tightened up connections at the control panel. read more

I didn't actually have work done by this company. I called them on a Wednesday morning about an overheated switch, they said they would check the schedule and get back to me. No call Wednesday. No call Thursday. I tried to call at 4:55 pm, but the office was closed. No call Friday so I called. They could come at 8:00 Monday morning. I asked for a later time, but there was no flexibility. When I asked why they didn't call back, they said they had no one to do the scheduling. I thought this was unprofessional, so I located another company and cancelled my appointment with this one. They may do fine work, but I also want professional treatment. read more

Mark came out today on short notice and found a faulty plug that was causing our lights to be out in two rooms. He was fast and efficient, he even dealt with our home warranty company so that we would be reimbursed for the covered service. Happy with the service they provided. Their logo should be a masked bandit! If you want to pay $149 for someone to spend a few seconds to turn on a meter and "troubleshoot" each little problem and then tell you what you just told them was wrong, this is your company. If you want to pay another $129 for them to spend 45 seconds popping out a breaker and replacing it, then go ahead and call them! They showed up at 1:16 for a promised 8-12 arrival, and after the dispatcher said the service fee would be applied to the bill, did not do so. One might presume that, as with other electricians, the service fee was for diagnosing the problem and then giving you a quote. Don't presume these people are that upfront. I feel robbed! Based on the total they charged about $600/hr and no charges were quoted beforehand other than the misinformation about the service call fee. I strongly recommend avoiding them. read more
