We called Roa electrical to repair a number of switches that were not working intermittently. Their electricians came out and replaced a couple of switches and they were working fine when they left, but started malfunctioning shortly after that, intermittently. We called and left a number of messages for the company, but they were never returned. In fairness, this was over the Christmas holidays but still on work days. When I left a contact message via their website, Robert Roa, the owner, called me immediately. He came out, did some troubleshooting, solved the problem, and charged us a very reasonable price for what was more complicated than they originally fixed. I was all set to do battle with the company, thinking that we weren't going to be able to get them to come back out.
