    My experience at this location involved multiple visits where my vehicle was repeatedly…read moremisdiagnosed and I was advised to repair or replace parts that were not the root cause of the issues I was experiencing. During these visits, I relied on the expertise and professional recommendations of the technicians. However, each time I was provided with diagnoses that ultimately proved to be incomplete or inaccurate. I was told that certain components needed repair or replacement, yet the underlying problem affecting my vehicle was not properly identified. What is particularly concerning is that other issues occurring with my vehicle were not recognized or addressed during the diagnostic process. If I had followed through with all of the recommended repairs without question, I could have spent a substantial amount of money on parts and services that would not have resolved the actual problem. As a customer, I expect a thorough and accurate diagnostic process before being advised to invest in potentially costly repairs. Unfortunately, my experience at this location did not reflect that level of care or professionalism. The repeated misdiagnoses and failure to properly evaluate the situation have significantly reduced my confidence in the service provided. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed internally. I believe it is important that diagnostic procedures and service practices at this location be evaluated to prevent other customers from having a similar experience. If you want to save time and money please don't take your vehicle here.

    I DO NOT recommend this place, I had the worst experience from beginning to end. I dropped off my…read more2023 Suburban at 11:15am and spoke with Kirk. I explained to him that my vehicle had recent engine work done which included draining all the Freon and all I needed was for them to add Freon. He explained to me that it would require a Evac & recharge A/C service and that it would cost $190. I agreed and left. At 1:30pm he called me and told me they had performed the service but that the A/C compressor was not turning on and the system was not blowing cold air. He said that most likely I needed a new compressor but that they would have to diagnose it first and it would cost me $149. I told him that the AC was working fine before the recent engine work and that I would take it back to my mechanic. I asked if I could head over to pick it up and he told me he had to "put it back together" and would call me whenever it was ready. I never received a call. 4 hours later, I noticed they close at 6pm so I headed over and arrived around 5:30pm. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had removed all the Freon that was added and their explanation was that if the compressor needed to be serviced, the Freon would be lost anyway. (None of this was mentioned in our call) It was at this time that he informed me he wasn't going to charge me for the Freon but that I still had to pay $190. Apparently there was an extra cost for the Freon he never mentioned to me, I don't know how much Freon it takes and how much it cost but I was under the impression that the $190 price he quoted me included everything because obviously you need Freon to perform that service. I ended up paying $198.08 and left in exactly the same conditions I dropped my vehicle off. This was a complete waste of my time and money. The lack of knowledge and clear communication is horrendous. At the end they said if I fixed the compressor that I could bring it back and they would perform the A/C Evac & Recharge service again and only charge me for the Freon. I ended up fixing the problem ($15 A/C relay replacement) but now I need to find another shop because even though I already paid them and they offered to do the service again, I do not trust these people with my vehicle. If they would've left the Freon in the system my A/C would be working right now. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
