They made the entire process so easy. I messed up my dates originally, and they had a Jersey I ordered on backorder (not a long backorder, but due to the way things fell I needed the jerseys faster than most would). I called in and with 1 simple phone call they fixed the date, and I was able to let them know what Jersey size I needed instead. The jerseys arrived in just in time for our tournament. They were perfect! They were way better than I expected! It gets better. We had 1 Jersey that we ordered too big, and since the Jersey was for football it was a safety concern. I called them today in a panic to see what my options were before our next tournament next week, and they told me, "No problem. They would do everything they could to help." I'm not going to lie, I still wasn't expecting to hear what they said next. They told me they would correct the size, AND request that it be expedited for it to arrive before our next tournament (just over a week away). They couldn't promise anything, but the fact they made this so painless means the world to me. They have exceptional customer service, and not only did I speak to someone on the phone but a representative emailed as well to confirm they changes. Yes, an actual person emailed me. I was a little weary about this company after reading some of these reviews but I took a chance and I am glad I did. I ordered 2 embroidered shirts with a custom logo I designed. After placing the order they contacted me to let me know my logo needed to be edited to fit on the shirt. They went back and forth with me a couple times and were very professional and fast in their responses and they explained to me very clearly what needed to be changed. Once I agreed they sent me an image of a "sew-out" which is a test run of the logo. I gave them the OK to make the shirts and within a few days they were in my mailbox and they looked FANTASTIC! I talked with Danielle and Jaci who were amazing. The shirts are very nice quality, look very professional and I am very happy with them. The products that I subsequently received were of extremely lower quality than that of the sew out which I approved before production. On 2 of the polo's the completely wrong color was used. I contacted the seller and THEY AGREED that the items they sent were in fact defective. To remedy the situation they resent a completely new order in which was even WORSE than the first order. I have pictures to prove all of this. The product quality was extremely poor and did not reflect what they promised in the approved sew out whatsoever. I contacted the seller again and provided this proof to them and asked that we process a full refund for the items. In response they explained that they would only refund for 2 of the 7 defective items from the second batch of goods. They also said that if I wanted a refund any further than that then they would only provide a refund for half of the original costs. It is completely unreasonable that they want me to cover the cost of half of the items for which they caused to be defective, and agreed that they did not deliver that of the quality which was approved for production. read more

I ordered the Ladies Replica Fan Jersey in pink with silver glittered lettering on the back. This item was described as a slim fit garment with a slight silhouette. The picture shows a nice contoured jersey. This is why I chose this item. I am busty with a smaller waist and I didn't want a jersey that would make me look like a big, frumpy box. Sadly, that is exactly what I got. The jersey came and I was very pleased with the silver glittered lettering, but I could tell just by looking at the garment that it was not contoured or silhouetted. It was a box. I tried it on and it bunch and pooched in the middle, and did not come in at the waist at all. And it was completely see-through. Another misrepresentation of the item. Was not happy! When I called customer service, the guy told me he would email me with instructions on photos he needed to determine the problem. I sent him a pic of me wearing the jersey (tank top underneath), as well as pics showing the measurements across the chest, the sleeve, and the length. After 3 days the guy gets back to me saying 1.) that production wants more pics because they said the ones I sent weren't accurate enough 2.) that the item according to specifications is a true slim-fit product and that the picture shown online looks slimmer only to reflect that it is a woman's item and not a men's. After a back and forth session I told the guy I just wanted my money back. I have yet to hear from him about that. read more

I am a US Military contractor working overseas. We ordered just over $8000 in shirts and jackets. The "sew outs" that they sent us were approved, (US Flag and Logo). THEY EMBROIDERED THE US FLAG BACKWARDS "IN RETREAT"- we had to have patches put over all of them and they look terrible. We also purchased the much touted "Egyptian cotton" shirt. I am sure they buy them for $5-7 each. They are terrible. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM...YOU WILL BE SORRY- they are a re-seller. The caps I ordered came with the wrong color embroidery. Yes, I did approve a proof and it was for the correct color. Customer Service said to keep the incorrect caps and replacements would be sent right away. Replacements arrived with NO EMBROIDERY at all - blank caps. Customer Service this time said they would email a return label and begin production on the correct caps (third time) right away. Days later I had to contact Customer Service to ask them for the return label they said they would send. Today I inquired about the status of my caps and was told that they hadn't been produced yet because they haven't received the return of the blank caps. This business is unaccredited with the CT BBB and has a F rating due to problems with product (18 out of 21). The exact problem I had with my $400+ order for my running group! All I asked of them was to replace 5 shirts because the sizing of our entire order was off. I was willing to just swap the sizes and only needed FIVE more 2XL jerseys and they said no! When I commented on Facebook I was deleted and banned from commenting. I think that proves that they know they are wrong! Terrible service. This company is appalling. I ordered plain white t-shirts as pictured, and I got diaphanous ones. In the picture you cannot see bras; it is obviously a picture of a different t-shirt. The company had no apologies and made me pay the return shipping. It wasn't even a custom shirt. They had no excuse for not giving me a return authorization. I would perfer No star for this company. I have ordered two custom shirts both of them size Large and they are 5-6 inches different between two of them because one of them is Compression tech material which super small. I have tried to work with their customer services and they asked to send the photo with measurement which I did. They are very picky on the photo I sent and finally I decided just to send it back to them and they told me no refund since it's custom made... Considering it costs almost $40 a custom shirt and how much trouble I have to go through to get it right this is really not worth it. I ordered a $100 polo as a gift for my husband. It was embroidered. I received it with a stain on the front. They are giving me the run around. I have sent numerous photos showing the stain and they accused me of taking photos of a different shirt! I told them I just want to return the shirt and get a full refund and they said they can't. I am very, very, very unhappy with their customer service and the way they are handling it. Terrible customer service. A rep told me she needed time to look into an issue and she would call me back, she never called. By the second day I called back and there were no notes on my file about my call and they were expecting ME to have notes about who I talked to, what time etc. completely absurd. MAKE SURE TO READ THEIR TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. After 30 days they wont accept any returns. I never even opened my box and wanted to return the blank items and they said they wouldnt take them. I talked to a manager and was given "that's policy" as the only explanation! Why is this your policy? why cant I return these blank unused items? I buy the same jersey every year for my whole team, this is not an out of stock item. Placed an online order...for almost $700. Was emailed hours later that the product was not in stock and would not be guaranteed to be in stock for over a month. Read..."not guaranteed", even though they charged my credit card. They then wanted to know what else I wanted to order instead. I cancelled the order and was informed that my account would be credited back in 3-5 business days. Even if I found the product elsewhere, my money for that product is tied up because they charged my account before they verified stock in hand. I would NOT advise doing business with this company. NEVER order from this website! I thought I was searching for a local company to do a shirt for an event. Everything that came up on the screen showed local school and organization names. I placed the order and then called the number the next day to see if I could save the shipping and pick it up and found that the company was not in MD but rather in CT! I told the person that I would let the order stand but would be wiser next time. So what happened? The day before the shirt was guaranteed to arrive I received an email message that my order was cancelled. Now I am scrambling to find a substitute. We ordered 24 work jackets for our employees to be given out at our Christmas party. From the beginning of the order every new person we spoke to gave us different information and costs. After finally getting someone to address the printing issue we had our order and we had a ship date of 12/20/17. Weeks went buy and we called several time to get an actual shipping date and finally on our 3rd call was given a ship date and a delivery date of 12/21/17. Well, the jackets never showed up and we called on 12/22/17 to find the tracking information and after a very frustrating call were were finally told that the Jackets have never been received and the did not know when the we would get the jackets in for printing? Lies and poor management, we spoke to a supervisor and when we threatened to cancel the order she was more than happy to cancel the order? no fight to work it out or resolve just OK, here is your money, we do not need it we have plenty of other customers. I placed a $2300 order with this company to replace volleyball jerseys for my daughters school team. After I designed the uniforms the company called and said the shorts I ordered were unavailable. So, I chose another style. The website on several occasions explicitly states to order sizes according to actual body measurements and posted garment measurements which I did. I even called before placing the order and verified that their sizes were true to what was stated on their website and didn't run small or large. When I received the jerseys, the youth sizes ran extremely small and I went to the extra expense of buying 4 more jerseys to have correct sizes for the players. They charged me over $400 for a rush delivery for the entire order which I was supposed to receive within a week but due to the shorts having to be changed didn't arrive all together and the shorts came almost 2 weeks after the order was originally placed. That portion of the "rush shipping" was not returned to me. The Big Problem happened once the shorts arrived! The sizes were grossly misrepresented on the website. Of the 30 shorts I ordered, only 8 pair I was able to use. After contacting customer service for an exchange they originally told me no but after my explanation as to why I ordered the sizes I did they sent me a postage paid return label with my understanding that they were going to replace 22 pair of the shorts with sizes I could use. This was my understanding because they asked me what sizes I would like them to replace the returned shorts for. After a week I was called back and told that they received my shorts and were not going to exchange them and were sending them back to me. I said that was not what I had understood and they argued saying that the shorts I returned would fit the sizes they had posted on their website which I found out by visiting their webpage at that point they had changed to reflect the shorts fitting a smaller size AFTER I returned the shorts, which was my complaint to begin with. After many calls to customer service, being hung up on twice (and let me be clear that I never conducted myself in a manner warranting that) I told them that I would be disputing the charges for the 22 pr of shorts returned and would not accept shipment from them. They have not responded as of yet to my credit card company and the complaint was filed over 2 weeks ago. I do not recommend ever doing business with this company. read more

Sadly I have to post on this site that after using this company for 3 years they had so many mistakes with this year's order I will not use. Our Pep Rally is tomorrow and the shirts are not ready. Ordering them in August I used the "exact" same order for the past years yet the shirts came back purple not blue (our school colors) when I asked to have them replaced they said they had to review the situation and need a picture. I sent a picture and then sent then an actual shirt from last year. Meanwhile time is ticking and then they agree to redo assuring me that "it takes less time to redo an order than the original" Wrong....."the was a miscommunication at shipping" and no shirts again today. I called and they apologized but that doesnt get me Pep Rally shirts for my dancers and no mention of the $750 cost for a one time wear. They said the shirts will be in by 10 am on Friday. The Pep rally is at 1 pm...Trust me if they are not hear I will be calling to get the refund.
