What a shame....Have ordered hundreds of hats from these guys. Got a bad batch of hats about a year ago, which we sent back for replacement or refund; they refunded after a painful back and forth. Ordered the same style hat a year later, thinking that the first order was just a bad run, but no...Same as before. Hats are physically deformed and misshapen (these are supposed to be expensive, high quality Nike fitted hats). When you put one on your head, it looks even worse. After reviewing pictures, of the deformity, I was told that it meets their standards and they would not be refunding or replacing these. Smart move, LogoUp...I'll get my money back anyway by contacting my credit card co and will never consider ordering from LogoUp again, no matter how cheap they are. BUYER BEWARE. read more

This company has really poor customer service. They listed size charts on their website, and when our t-shirts arrived, they were nowhere near the size their site listed. When we contacted them to return the shirts because the sizes were off, they refused to compensate us for their mistake. I would highly recommend selected a different company when shopping for logo gear. Be forewarned--you can't trust the information they post for the different items. ordered face masks @10/pcs. Horrible design that we are not able to use even a single masks (out of 60).Material is so horrible and there are stitches inside that comes on right on the nose and lips are enough to irritate. Ear strands have no elastic material so you have to hold the mask with your hands all the time. Pathetic! They have never replied to the return inquiry. read more

Same bad experience with a bait and switch. Nowhere during the checkout does the site tell you about a "setup" fee. Even their popup ads steer you to believe there is no minimum, no setup fee. And their customer service rep is a total smart ass telling me that I need to read more before ordering, when the whole concept is to suck you in with a cheap deal, and then later remind you of a crazy setup fee. I use this company, over & over again for our HempStaff shirts and they are the absolute best. The products are great, the order to door time is outstanding and when I needed their help because of a promo code that didn't apply, they took care of it instantly! I approved the artwork 3 weeks ago and have not received my shirts. Their email promised 9-12 day production time so I called at the 2 week mark. Customer service told me my order would ship out THAT DAY or THE NEXT. Here we are a week later and the website still says the status of my order is "New Logo: processing". I just called again and was told their system was rebooting and they couldn't tell me what the status of my order was but they would email me by the end of the day. I have no idea what the quality of their product is like, but if you need your logo gear in a timely manner, you might wanna shop elsewhere. I'll post an update when I have more to tell. read more

So far I have not had a positive experience with this company. Their turnaround time on simple contact is pretty slow. I went back and forth with them for 3 weeks and in the end, they needed to charge me a "set up fee" even though I had met the minimum order quantity for no fee. Apparently there was an issue with the logo they received not being clear (my logo has a black border, but the logo they were sent had a black border against a black background, so they didn't see the black border.) I get it, things happen, issues come up, but I wasn't particularly happy with having to pay the extra fee, nor did they bother to bill ME for the extra - they auto-charged someone else's card without asking. (The initial order was a gift.) In the end, if this works out and I get quality products, I'll keep my 3 stars here... (Update: dropped to two stars due to a complete lack of quality control before shipment.) But the turnaround time on emails is pretty pathetic, and, as noted by the Art Department Supervisor, "in our range of response". One of my emails was, " I'm seriously considering canceling," which garnered a response 3 days later of, "So did you decide if you're going to cancel?" You know, instead of practically any of the things that would denote GOOD customer service or a company that cares about their customers. To that, I responded, "No, I haven't decided, but before I do anything else, I'll need a customer service supervisor to call me tomorrow." That was Thursday, and I heard nothing at all until this morning, Monday, when I got an email from a supervisor who made a bunch of excuses and the closest he came to apologizing was "I understand your frustration." Once again, just poor customer service. In the end, they may, in fact, offer a quality product at a low price, (which remains to be seen) but that only earns you 3 stars. Anything more than that, you have to earn by doing better business than others. I'm thankful that, IF I order anything else from them, this horrendous customer service will be behind me - after the logo is set, you just tell them to slap it on whatever product you choose. Good luck, and I hope this company takes customer service seriously and at least learns from this experience. I would also highly urge people (including those that work at LogoUp) to read the filtered reviews... There's 117 of them, and they share some very common themes I've mentioned here. There's no way a company should have 8 "legitimate" reviews and 117 "not recommended" reviews, almost all of which call out turnaround times and poor customer service... It defies even the Yelp filters to filter that many.... Update: Upon receiving my items, the quality of work done by LogoUp was on par, however, their quality control on the items that go out seems to be completely missing. Of the 7 items I ordered, 3 had what I'd call "correctable" issues - errant threads sewn into the stitching, a "processing mark" on one of the garments that I was able to remove quickly and easily, things like that. Of 3 "identical" shirts I ordered, I got three different sizes (all labeled medium). They're wearable, but substantially different in look and feel. One of them even has a pull right in the middle of it - a clear manufacturing defect and not something that could have happened in shipping or processing. If you're looking for the absolute cheapest products you can get your hands on and don't care a thing about quality or customer service, then this company is for you. They'll get the job done (eventually) and you'll get exactly what you ordered - cheap stuff with your name on it. As a growing business, sometimes that does, in fact, describe my company's needs, so I'm not saying I'll never order again... I'm just saying that when I can afford better quality and service, that's where my money will go. When I need cheap at all costs, though, I'll be ordering again. read more

It's as plain as day on their site that if you order 6 items they wave the logo setup fee for new customers so I ordered a couple extra hats to get to 6. No big deal. read more

Great Company, unbelievable customer support. Every company in America, no, the World should have a " Customer Service Training Day" with LogoUp. The first time I made an order with LogoUp, they called me back and told me that my logo wouldn't look good on the baseball cap because of the high stitch, the thickness of the caps and the machine just wouldn't be able to make it look rite, so they didn't want to full fill the order. At first I was pissed off, then I realized, Oh Snap, this is what customer service use to be like and now I've found a place where it still exists. I just couldn't believe it, they didn't want to sell me a product that wouldn't look rite. Never got that call from my cell phone, insurance or cable guy before. Needless to say, I've ordered several shirts from this company , never had a problem , my High Stitch logo looks excellent . The shirts arrive fast and in perfect condition. No where else have I received such excellent customer service. There aren't enough stars in the " Yelp " ratings system to express how great this company is. FALSE ADVERTISING They had a deal with 15% off and free shipping for shirts. I purchased 3 shirts using two logos. I never received me order. Then, after 12 days, they cancelled my order. I emailed them back asking why they had done so and they said that I had not responded to an email that they had sent to me 2 days ago. I reviewed my email history and there was no email sent to me. They then asked me to pay them an additional $49.99 because I was using 2 logos instead of one. I wanted to get some shirts, but now, 12 days later, all I have is frustration. No problems here. After finally coming up with a logo for my small business, I decided it was time to get some shirts, hats, etc. with it. I found LogoUp with a Google search, picked out some shirts and other merchandise, and uploaded my design. Not long after, they contacted me to approve it, and everything looked fine. Received my order about a week later, and was very happy with the way everything came out, as well as the quality of the clothes. Definitely plan on being back when I need some more! read more

I have been in the garment industry for 20 years and I have never found a business less professional then LOGOUP! They have poor customer service, the hats I ordered took 40 days to get to me...40 DAYS, They advertize 12 to 14 days, ridicules! When I asked them why it took so long A very rude man over the phone told me they have a high volume of customers and if we tried to get everyone there stuff on time it would be a problem, and when I ask why they couldn't contact me and tell me it was going to take much longer than they advertized he told me we can't contact every customer we have if we are late with there order. Very rude and very bad service. Once the product finally got here the embroidery was atrocious...the worst I have ever seen. I would not suggest this business to anyone. read more

I've placed two orders with LogoUp. I created my own design and the staff at Logoup.com was able to tweak it, so that it would look good on both shirts and caps. Plus, the embroidery is very detailed and I've had several friends comment on how professional the shirts look. I've not had a problem with their delivery time, in fact, the first order arrived a couple of days early. During the process of waiting for a second, larger order, I discovered I needed some of the items by a certain date; Logoup was able to make an exception for me and ship the order overnight. It took a little negotiating with the "Chat online" Representative, but in the end, they were able to accommodate me. I would use them again. read more

I placed my first order a few weeks ago with some new hats. Prices were great and got the embroidery fee waived which was cool. I had some issues with the emailed proof link. once we got the proofs sorted out everything was good. Tried calling customer service a handful of times as a result and got hung up on more than once. Sounded like somebody answered the phone and was breathing for while then hung up. I worked with Margarita on my proofs and she was respectful and promt I her actions. However as I'm writing this review I feel as though I may not use this company again. Paying 19.99 for shipping that takes over a week in the modern era is a little ridiculous in my humble opinion. Also the turn around time of about 2 weeks seemed very high. I don't know what happens behind the scenes or how busy LogoUp is, so I'm not going to sit here and bash that. Ultimately the no minimums and pricing will still draw me back to this company for the next Round gear, but if I get bad customer service again I won't hesitate to cancel. Update: I just received the hats in the mail and they were just what I had envisioned. Quality was great. Still unsure if I will continue to use this company as stated above. I ordered jackets with the logo on the back and they sent them on the front. They invoiced me for how I ordered them but would not refund for the mistake. I asked for a discount of new product based upon the value of the bad order and they said yes go ahead and order more product, we will give you a credit. They have not lived up to their end of the resolution and the customer service department is very condescending at this point...My only resolution is to voice my dissatisfaction to as many customers thinking about doing business with them. Absolutely terrible experience.. Their "proofs" well over a week to complete after they promised 2-3 days. The proofs were wrong, I had to decline and restart. And more disappointing was the absolutely horrible customer service. Fred was rude and never answered my question regarding their refund policy. This has set me back over a month... Awful. read more

Just placed my 5th order here and Logoup is still beating my expectations.

I needed a couple of replacement shirts for an upcoming trade show. We didn't have enough to meet the minimum of our normal provider. So I ordered the shirts and uploaded our logo. A little while later I received the proof of what my logo would look like for approval. I approved it (it looked awesome by the way!). A week later, the shirts arrived. I am very impressed by the quality of the shirts and the logo. It blew away my expectations. There is no set up, no minimum and the quality is so good. Customer service is awesome too. I have a business event on July 5th and have been seeing ads for Logoup all over the internet so I ordered 8 trucker hats online paid via credit card on June 11, 2019 was told the expected delivery date would be June 28th. I thought a little long but ok. i have emailed twice and both times was emailed back that the product most likely would ship June 28th vs be delivered on June 28th, again took and said ok, i checked this morning since i had not yet received a tracking number for the delivery, product still says Pre-Production so i called in a very nice customer service rep had to deliver the bad news that not only was the project not completed, but won't be delivered until after my event, and possibly even until July 15th... I normally use 4Imprint, which i ordered 200 Koozies, 8 Polo shirts and 150 bags for the same event on the same day, and those were all received on June 20th!!! Lesson Learned. read more

I was reluctant to use this company because I like using local companies, but the office manager before me used LogoUp and said it was great. Everything was easy, from uploading our logo to contacting customer support. One of the fleece jackets didn't fit right and they sent us a new one no questions asked. I inquired about a sleeve length on an item and with in hours I got an email back. They have made us life long customers and I will be sending everyone their way. read more

When we notified a customer service rep, he immediately issued a replacement free of charge. He said if we cannot use the shirt we were mistakenly sent that we can donate it. We also enjoy our polos. I've ordered from this site three times and the products do come fairly quickly and no setup fee is nice if you only need 6 items. But, it takes so long to find an item I like that's in stock. Almost every item is always sold out of men's large and extra large at all times. My employees are not small people, you need to keep things in stock, or update the website with new products faster if items become discontinued. Also the screen printing option is way to expensive compared to other companies you need to bring your cost down some how. read more
