I stopped by this Loho store inside Valencia mall when my wife went to the bathroom next to this place. They had some nice window display so I decided to go inside to see what they had. I saw some nice Dragon Ball stuff and small backpacks. They also have some Funko Pop and plush toys as well. The store doesn't look big from the outside but when you get inside, you'll see that they have a lot of merch inside. If there are a lot of people in the store then it can get tight because the aisle are not that wide. read more

This is an awesome little store in Valencia Town Center. They have a large selection of Pop toys, which my niece loves. I stopped here for the first time today to find a Funko Pop toy for my niece since she loves collecting them and her birthday is coming up. They had a large selection of Funko Pop toys. Prices are a little high since they are in the mall, but that's typical for most stores in malls. Customer service was great. I would definitely shop here again. :) read more

Not a Sanrio store but LOTS of Sanrio items here. Lots of everything here, actually. Anime lovers, Pooh Bear lovers, Funkopop lovers, blind bag lovers, heck, all lovers of varying shapes and sizes should check this place out. They have floor to wall toy selections-- so much fun stuff to geek out at. It's a happy little dork hideaway where the employees are friendly and don't stalk you and stuff. Buyer beware. This store once sold me a bootleg of a Hatsune Miku plush and I didn't realize it until after I noticed the tag said Hachune Miku . It's not worth the risk of going here. There's a Tokyo Life, Hot Topic, or FYE in this mall. Those are better and far less risky. read more

This was based solely on the employees that were working when I went in. Being from out of state my family and I love shops like these. But the customer service was terrible. They stared at us like we didn't belong there. After making my purchase, I had to ask for them to put my items in a bag. Tho smiles, no thank yous, just disgusting stares. Adorable shop located in Valencia mall. To start, this mall is gorgeous. Loho just adds a little touch by selling Totoro, Hello Kitty and Tokidoki items. The shop is quite full with nik naks, bags, backpacks and more. They carry just about anything your kid at heart desires. Just be careful walking around if you have big bags. I was checking the figures and they had a cool selection. Friendly staff and tried to help me if they could. Wasn't planning on buying anything but I found one I really liked for $100. Bought it, got home, and it's broken on one of the hands. I'm really upset about this because why would it be broken? It was in a box, I don't know if it was preowned but they should maybe check it before they let customers buy because they didn't let me check the figure before I bought it. I needed a birthday present for my neice and nephew and happened to come across this shop which was located right inside the food court in the Westfield shopping mall (free parking!) The owners were more than helpful in determining what kind of present would fit my budget. I've noticed that the hand spinners have been the hottest rage and noticed that they carried quite a few. Not only was the price very cheap but the quality was also superb! Way cheaper and better selection than walmart, target, and toys r us! They carry just about anything and everything and the best part of the experience would definitely be the customer service. Both the owners were so knowledgeable with all the different items that they made it a breeze for me and even packaged them nicely. I cant wait to tell all my friends about this place. What a hidden gem! This store does racial profiling! To whom it may concern. I have an eight year old little girl. LoHo in the Valencia location is her favorite store. We visit every time we come to the mall and purchase many items from the store. I am emailing you to call your attention to an incident which happened Tuesday, March 29, 2022 some time after 4pm. This incident was a clear case of racial profiling. As a parent of a black child, I am heartbroken, disappointed, and sickened that this happened. She is only eight years old and being subjected to the harshness of being black in America. Last Tuesday, I let my daughter go into the store by herself while I sat outside. She has been saving for a hat she wants and wanted to see if it was still there and browse other toys. She went in and out of the store to update me on items and how much they cost. She was deciding if she should spend her money or continue to save for the hat. Not too long after she left the store and was talking with me, a gentleman from the store approached us. I asked how I could help him. The worker told me my daughter had taken something from the store without paying. I told him my daughter was looking in the store but did not take anything. He responded by saying they have it on video. At that point, I took my daughter's bag and checked it right in front of him. He saw that she only had her small wallet and a pack of gum, nothing from the store. My daughter was being very respectful even though she was in tears from being accused of theft. She repeatedly said " Sir, I did not take anything from the store." At this point , the worker said he would like to show me the video even though we had already shown him that we had nothing from the store. We went to watch the video. I watched my daughter pick up a toy, check her wallet to count her money, and drop the toy back where she got it from before she left the store. The worker did apologize and gave her a toy. Then he gave excuses such as kids come in and take things making it a habit, and also saying his manager told him to get her. Children may do this, but my child did not. This is a store that attracts children and is your way of making money. It is very clear that my daughter was profiled. If the staff were watching the video, they would have seen that my daughter did nothing wrong. They saw a black child with a backpack/purse and assumed she stole and had no problem accusing her. There were many children in and out of the store at that time, yet my daughter was singled out and targeted. Racial profiling, especially in today's sensitive climate is unacceptable. Accusing any child of stealing is traumatic and not ok. If you are going to be watching people, you should fully watch before accusing. My daughter did not deserve this treatment. That day will forever change the way we feel when we walk in the mall and I have to explain to my daughter what happened. A small apology and a fidget toy does not make this right. This forced me to have many conversations with my daughter that children should not have to deal with. This is so disappointing on so many levels. You as individuals and as a store need to do better. All staff need training in cultural and racial sensitivity and laws regarding discrimination. We will no longer support your store. I know there is not much that can right this wrong with us. I found out when i bought a DBZ statue and the packaging looked off. Went on YouTube an searched online to look at differences an yeah it was. Kids love to be here but I think this place sells a lot of cheap products that they sell at an extremely high price. Tokyo is cheaper and sells better quality toys. Though sometimes we can't avoid buying here since we don't have a lot of options to go to. read more

This is a childrens paradise. Great prices and huge selection on all the stuff that kids like. We picked up a few things for the kids and they were ecstatic. It's nice to pick up a little something for the kids after hitting up the food court. read more

I agree with Jeff S and Anneliesse P as well. A lot of anime stuffs are rip-offs and prices are too high for their cheap quality merchandise. I was analizing the merch collectables while my 6-yr-old son was looking at some keychain balls on the rack. He was wanting to get one and I was happy to let him choose. Just because he accidentally dropped one of the ball keychains, the paranoid angry Asian dude abruptly yelled at him and I was wondering who was he scolding and yelling at then he said out loud "you, your son there, don't drop that ball keychain it's gonna get all scratched up!!" (BTW I'm okay to use the racial term Asian because I'm Asian as well.) My wife came in later and took him out of the shop after I told her what happened. My son was traumatized and was still crying by that man who yelled at him. I chose the weapon keychain collectable I wanted and purchased it and left right away, because of what he did to my son. I later found out that the item I purchased was weak material and the sword part was bent a little. I wanted to return it but it said "all sales final". What is this a black market shop that sells bootlegs? Is this dude selling things illegally? Here's a tip to that fellow angry cashier guy: 1) The shop is very small you don't have to yell your head off, everyone in the whole room can hear you. 2) Why don't you PACKAGE the worthless stupid ball key chain like the other items so it won't get scratched? 3) If you wanna treat your customers and act like a Big Brother Watching You Surveilance Cam, please don't judge customers like that and make them feel uncomfortable unless you want to lose them. And 4) Quality Control - Poor Craftsmanship: If you're gonna sell these collectables/replicas make sure the product is in decent quality condition at least. read more
