The meat quality wasn't great either; I definitely had better tacos from other vendors. I wouldn't recommend this spot, if you go to Tacolandia, I suggest trying a different vendor instead.

Dinner was superb, ingredients are of great quality, the whole team of chef and other staff are all friendly. All 8 guests (me included) were seated at the same long beautifully-decorated table, next to an open kitchen that equipped with high quality cooking appliances.
