This place has been on my radar for sometime! They are known for their banh khot but we got the combo 15 banh khot, 5 eggrolls box. Finally, I made the time to try this place! I used to eat homemade banh khot when I was younger, and when I saw this place on Yelp I had to save it to my bookmarks. It took me forever to finally go, but I'm glad I did. I was going to place my order online but I noticed that there was no availability for the same day (that day). I figured that it would be enough for my girlfriend and I, and boy, it was more than enough! I arrived to the restaurant at my desired pick-up time and had no trouble finding parking in the small parking lot. I'm sure if I had to I could park in the neighborhood as well. I remember ordering from them and picking the Banh Knots up from a warehouse in FV and now they have a brick and mortar shop! My friend recently picked up a box for our most recent Movie Night and it was a hit. This place is small and can only sit a few groups of people but it seemed like everyone gets their food to go. Speaking of food, it was one of the best banh khots I've eaten. I got the combo box that had banh khot and eggrolls and both were crazy flavorful. The friendly cashier said it would take about 20 minutes to make but it came out after a little bit over 10 minutes. I got the taro chips as well and I was extremely surprised on how a banh khot place was selling a new favorite chip I wish I knew about sooner. This place is a very cozy and delicious spot to visit. We got the pork & shrimp banh khot with the eggroll combo. It was delicious, it was nice and hot flavorful and cooked well and soft and tender. The eggroll was very crispy and delicious and not super greasy. The sauces and lettuce were great though I wish we had more of the greens to wrap the items. The staff was super nice. The orders can take some time to make so be prepared to wait a bit but it's worth it! The atmosphere and vibe is a very casual place. Some high seats and almost like a squatting seat table.
