We asked if we could be seated on a patio closer to the restaurant, where there were two empty tables available. After some back and forth with the waiter, we spoke with the owner, who refused to seat us there because the tables were supposedly reserved for guests arriving in an hour to an hour and a half. We even offered to leave or relocate once those guests arrived, but the owner still refused. We decided to leave and went to Junction instead. About an hour and a half later, we passed by AGI again and saw that both of the tables we had asked for were still empty. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially given that we were there for a birthday celebration. The situation could have been handled with much better customer service and flexibility.
