I walked in for the first time wanting a pedicure. I was looking for a sparkly blue to match my beach style manicure & Linda showed me something in a book and it was PERFECT! She did an excellent job - I warned her that my toes are a little odd due to multiple breaks and ingrown toenail surgeries when I was younger - she was very gentle and I nearly fell asleep while she was working - it was that relaxing I didn't realize they offered complimentary beverages and snacks - she did ask if I wanted something to drink and I declined because I assumed it was water like other places, but they have pop, tea, wine and a variety of snacks. You cannot include your tip if you're using a credit card, only cash for tips, but you can get change if you only have larger bills. The suite was clean and has very nice lighting and decor. I only came here because the other place turned me down due to them closing in an hour with no availability. I arrived as a walk-in and they took me in quickly. The reason I give them three stars is because my pedicure was amazing done by Linda. She took her time and she did an excellent job on painting my feet. Everything looks cleaned and well maintained, but not sure how detailed the cleaning is, but it does look nice on the inside. Some employees are friendly. Some are just quiet to themselves. However, due to them closing in one hour, I made the decision that they could do my nails at the same time and I do not like how they came out. I feel like it could've been a better paint. It is already starting to chip after three days and not a clean look around that the nail bed area. I also complain about not having enough polish with two coats and they came back and re-fix that. It's still appears poorly done rushed and I could've done a better job than this. I will not return because of that other than that the prices are very reasonable. read more

The organization was not working. They spoke in their language to each other and ignored speaking to us. They overcharged us by $10.00 and forgot my mom's birthday percentage off. When we went to pay, they couldn't/wouldn't void the original charge and charge us the proper amount. If people don't look at the receipt you probably get cheated. Vibes were just off. They also burnt my lower face. I told them when they put the lotion on face, it hurt as well as burning, she continued to put it on. I'd send the pictures but can't. read more

Unbelievable. I walk in for my scheduled nail appt and they say my technician is on vacation and they tried to call me this morning. No call, text or message on my phone. So they ask if I want to have another person do it. I reluctantly said yes. They bring me to the chair and now I am sitting in the chair waiting for 20 minutes. The tech was pretty rough (male Tech) on my feet. Cut my big toe and made it bleed. It was not a pleasant experience. Then when we are finished the pedicure, I ask where to sit for my manicure and was told they didn't know. I wanted a manicure and they had another client waiting. This is the second time this has happened that I showed up for my appointment and it was canceled without notice, and it will be the last for this establishment. Normally I am very pleased with my appointment and the service , but I will be finding a new nail spa after today. read more

I went in for a manicure and one of the employees asked me what I wanted, and I told her. She walked away from me and didn't come back, so after 15 minutes I left. I would not give any stars. I've been getting my nails done for years. My husband and I were moving to Yalaha so I was looking at finding a salon closer. Tried out Todays in October 2022 - worst experience. I have dealt with a finger /nail infection since going there. The paint job was the worst I've ever seen -- my other nail lady laughed when she saw it -- it was uneven / dips and grooves in my paint. It wasn't even the color I picked out. The lady was rough and I think she was the owners wife. They should close the doors. Don't Go! I've spent tons on doctors and medications and am still healing from being there. read more

I forgot how horrible the first experience was almost a year ago, and in a moment of desperation because I couldn't get to my usual salon in Clermont, I went there. The very same day that I had my nails done, they started peeling. I posted two pictures of my botched french manicure. I went in today for a fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was just okay. I actually got more for my money where I used to live. I wish the fill was done before the pedicure but that's on me because I didn't insist. Didn't really get dry skin off heal very much. But other than that it was okay. Then moved to fill station. Nail tech used a wet wash cloth to catch polish that she drilled off. Problem was I kept smelling sour milk. Took a few minutes before I figured out it was the wet wash cloth was mildewed. I didn't say anything because the tech was nice. Didn't want to get her in trouble. Went to pay. Pulled out debit card to pay and told receptionist that I needed to add a tip. She said, "no tip on card. Cash only." I told her I had no cash on me. She said there was an ATM at Publix. I told her I do not like to get out cash for tip. She said same thing she did at first. I went down to Publix and found ATM and got out $. Took it back and gave to receptionist to give to nail tech. Waited on husband and looked at nails and discovered they were wavy where polish was lumpy. Also needed to file on sides better. Went home and fixed nails. Will not go back to this place. I believe that owner doesn't want to put tips on card because they don't want to do the necessary paperwork for the IRS. And I bet that nail techs don't report all their earnings either. The more I thought about it I came to the conclusion that I am only hurting myself and my country by not sticking to my guns about cash tipping. read more

Very concerning that I don't see any sanitizing going on for equipment. They do use the plastic bags in the pedicure bowls, but it ends there. They use the drills to sand off your cuticles (foot or hand). Okay, that's concerning too. I had a "dip" manicure done and "Emily" was shaping with the drill/file and hit my skin/cuticle. This hurt and caused the skin to shred into cuticles. So she asked if I wanted a manicure. She didn't discuss price and I thought that was deliberate since "she" shredded my cuticle. I said yes and It was then that she pulled out her cuticle tools (in a box-hih probability never sanitized). Then she charged me for the manicure and the "dip". What the? The manager stood right beside her as I questioned the charge. Don't go there! read more

Usually go there with an appointment for Halle or Gigi...Walked in today for just a pedi..Young girl ( who would not tell me her name) proceeded to give me the worst pedi ever. I was done in 15 minutes. She never pushed back cuticles or used cream on them..She constantly asked if I wanted other services...how many times can I say no I wondered! She polished my nails then put my flip flops on and caused all nails to smudge and she had to touch them up...Then too thick. When I got to the drying station she never even turned it on...I am a professional cosmetologist for 30 years and this girl has had NO formal training.. When spending $30 on one service you expect a little bit more. People who were in pedi chairs when I got there, were still in their chairs when I left...UGH...it may be convenient to go there but I wont anymore and I will tell my neighbors read more
