This place feels like they have an Army of staff, constantly checking the locker rooms and quiet room, cleaning up after guests. Everything was so clean. I will spare the internet from my personal dramas, but I also had a family emergency the day of my service. My husband had called the spa to pull me out of my massage. It was 30 minutes into my first service, and I had to cancel my whole day. The staff were more than professional, they were genuinely caring and kind to me as I was crying, they were even going to drive me to the hospital. Later that afternoon I called back, believe it or not they were able to get me rebooked with some differences, before the end of my vacation.
