I had a couple basic questions about pricing and availability and she made me feel like I was wasting her time. Short answers, no patience, zero friendliness. I wasn't asking anything complicated, just trying to figure out if this was the right company for the job. It wasn't. Or at least this interaction made that pretty clear. I get that people have bad days but when your the first point of contact for a business, how you treat potential customers matters. I hung up feeling genuinely put off and went with a different company instead, which ended up being a completely smooth experience. Maybe others have had great experiences here and I hope thats the case. But I can only speak to mine and mine was not good. Rude customer service from the jump is enough for me to look elsewhere.
