John's team was excellent in their craftsmanship. The patio is now flat and level, beautifully rearranged and perfect. Their ability to take our existing antique, bricks and make them look fresh while maintaining the rustic aesthetic of being worn bricks with good patina. The guys are very kind and easy to communicate with and be around and are also very respectful of their surroundings by being tidy and organized. Cloverstone was a no show and didn't respond to any communication until a couple weeks later. John came out again and scheduled repairs again in two week. The date came and Cloverstone was a no show again. No response when I tried to contact him. I've not heard from him again. I've since had the patio repaired and a retaining wall installed by Sanchez Construction.

The work by the other company failed to meet the high standards set by the state historic landmarks team, and their approval is required to proceed with rehabilitation work eligible for tax credits. Jason's team worked with landmarks feedback on the final look and color matching required, securing their approval based on new sample areas. The final product looks great and Jason and team were great to work with a great communicators along the way. I should also add that he gave me a very fair price for the work... a lower overall cost than the first service provider ...with much higher quality work!
