    Complimentary queso

Went here with some friends and was greeted by the staff dancing and cheering to the music playing with big smiles. They sat us down and within seconds already had a full condiment plate with chips and a variety of salsas and guacamole. They then brought over a plate of complimentary fried queso which was delicious. I had the beef and chicken molcajete which was filled with such a great assortment of veggies and delicious sauce, definitely one of the best molcajete's I've had! This place is fantastic, I highly recommend it!

This place is a gem of a restaurant in between Todos Santos and La paz. The people working here were super friendly, they offered English menus, and tried their best to communicate with us regarding our orders even though we spoke no spanish. The food was fresh and very delicious. Some of our favorites were their shrimp which was almost as big as the Red lobster lobster tail . We also enjoyed their fried cheese, the ranchero steak soup, and the marlin machaca. Their chips and salsa was also the best I've ever tasted. I've never liked refried beans but I ate all of it on my plate. The ambiance was perfect. The wooden tables, the dirt floor, and the ceiling fans were all perfect addition to this outstanding experience. I highly recommend.

We stopped by for our first meal on our way to our hotel in La Paz. We were so amazed by the fried cheese! We loved every little cheese bite! The salsas were delicious, spicy, and lots to choose from. We ordered tacos de carne asada and a tamal. We really liked the tacos but didn't like the tamal. I LOVED my licuado de fresa (strawberry milkshake). It was huge! Best licuado I had on this trip.

Stopped by for a quick bite to find a no frills environment with ample seating and great service. The place is very clean and the side vegetables provided for just a few tacos are quite generous. Ordered 3 tacos and here's their ranking from my most to least favorite: - Grilled shrimp: shrimp tastes properly grilled with a nice charred flavor and there's a generous portion of shrimp on the taco. - Al pastor: very flavorful and the ingredients all mix well together with the soft cut of pork. - Asada: lots of carne asada to go around, but the meat was slightly tougher than the pork in the Al pastor taco. Note that all tacos come with a generous serving of guacamole, which is certainly a huge plus for the establishment! You also get to have a personal serving of cucumbers, radishes, lime, and a green chili sauce to go hand in hand with your tacos and you can go up to the front to fix yourself a side plate of some grilled sweet and spicy peppers, which were truly perfect. There's a fridge with lots of soda options available. The lemon Fresca was quite refreshing on a warm sunny day.

Our food was exceptional! 10/10 highly recommend Santos Pecados. We ordered the following: chilaquiles omellet, huevos rancheros de la casa, chorizo scramble, and a bacon scramble. For folx visiting Dos Santos, I highly recommend Santos Pecados, their menu has plenty of options without being a massive menu, the service was lovely, and the prices are fair. 10/10 highly recommend.

The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We began with the plantain appetizer stuffed with cheese and served over a rich mole sauce. It was out of this world. If I could change one thing, I'd make the plantains a little larger--they were a bit smaller than the size of my palm--but the flavor more than made up for it. That mole sauce was everything: rich, slightly sweet, complex, and the perfect complement to the cheese-filled plantains. I could have eaten a bowl of that sauce by itself. For our entrées, we had the chicken penne Alfredo and the ribs with raspberry barbecue sauce. The Alfredo was creamy, rich, perfectly seasoned, and served in a generous portion. The ribs were equally impressive--tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the unique raspberry barbecue sauce. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more ribs because they were that good. Great food, great flavors, and a memorable meal. If you're anywhere near Todos Santos or Playa Cerritos, I highly recommend making a stop at Santos Pecados.

Drive carefully and use a navigation app because the roads off the highway are not well signed or lit. It's totally safe. I know what you're thinking...who needs a farm to table restaurant? Hierbabuena is so much more than a concept. Everything is crafted with the freshest and locally grown produce. If you're looking for cheap eats, there's a lot of options. If you need something special and aimed at great ingredients, this is the spot. Service is kind, knowledgeable, and prepared to give you recommendations. You're tucked away in a garden oasis, with incredible nourishment. There are many flowers, birds, and a great playlist. The meal started with a gratis tiny cup of tasty butternut squash soup. I requested a chicory salad because when is chicory a menu star? It's no surprise that this salad was good. The leaves were dotted with tangy goat cheese and gems of pomegranate seeds. Chicory was the star. I had the fish tacos, three dressed in adobo seasoning, a recommendation over the grilled sea bass special. The plate had three small spoons filled with guac, salsa verde, and the most incredible salsa macha. The salsa macha had notes of chocolate that paired well with the adobo seasoned fish. Don't miss this! The chile relleno was filled with quinoa and veggies, plated on top of two sauces. The flavors were really tasty and I appreciated the thoughtful vegetarian option that highlighted seasonal flavors. I walked in knowing I wanted cheesecake for dessert but then learned a favorite was their flan. I switched with no regrets. This flan was better and nothing like anything I've had before. If you like flan and love coconut, this is for you. The cocktails were so good. The martini was different, I loved this passion fruit margarita, the watermelon juice with tequila was refreshing, and they had great local beer options. I was very happy with this lovely meal. Service was wonderful. Please tip your servers; cash is preferred. They work hard and make all the efforts for a memorable meal.

I was concerned that this restaurant would be hot and uncomfortable since it is outdoors but I was so pleasantly surprised. You enter through a beautiful garden (likely where they grow some of the foods they use for the menu) shaded by a large tree. The tables are covered and there are fans going. I didn't notice the heat at all. The kitchen is open so you can watch Chef and his crew whipping up your meal. The food was delicious. We ordered two salads, steaks, fish tacos, enchiladas, guacamole and flan. We were blown away by the vibrant flavors of the green salsa and the beautiful combination of flavors in the salads. Perhaps my favorite thing was the chips wi the guac and green salsa! I tried two cocktails (Jamaica and passion mezcal) and my husband loved his margarita. It was a special family dinner making memories , just what I hoped for. Please visit this special place and support the team!

It was exactly how I would want it: verde salsa, red onions, cheese crumbles, beans and eggs. Their homemade orange juice is also amazing! I just wish I had a bigger cup because I could easily drink a whole glass before my meal. It's super refreshing and you can tell it's made right before they serve it to you. They have to add ice to cool it because the oranges aren't cold when they squeeze them. I'm getting married down the street from here, so we're thinking of having our rehearsal dinner here on their rooftop. The roof is super cute and offers a great view of the beach. They have a non-operating hot tub up there and that'd be cool if it were actually working when my guests come (but the way it looked, it's most likely been out of operation for awhile and will continue to be). Definitely at the top of my list for favorite restaurants around Los Barriles!
