Staff are rude and they follow you around the store and they are quit blazzen about it. I recently went to the store to buy some specific things I am a senior so I walk very slowly. After a while of walling up and down the rows of things I was followed around by two staff members. Every time I went down a different row there was the same woman following close behind. For the past year when giving the cashier at this store my phone number to collect points I was always told I have no points to cash in. This is more than a year of this. Yesterday, I went to the London Drugs on Granville street and after giving the cashier my phone number I was told I had a $20.00 voucher. It takes a long time to get $20.00. Why was I told by the cashiers at the Davie street store I had no points stalked up. Do better London Drugs word spreads quickly through the west end.

If you can't get your prescription filled here just go a few doors down to Cannabis Culture and see what they have to offer - no ID or prescription needed there.

Recently I placed an online order and 3 days later no notification that it was ready for pickup.I think this store location has staff shortages from sales staff and pharmacists because you have to pick up your prescriptions before the pharmacy closes at 7 pm. Sadly, I will now go there only if I need my prescription filled.

There is parking underground and side street parking is paid. However, there are bright spots to this place. First, there are always deals here and the flyer is worth looking into when it comes out. Second, you can order online and pick it up or have it delivered. Third, there are a few staff members that are amazingly helpful and outstanding. One of them is Angela who seem to know customers and greet them. Angela was so helpful and when I had a lot of heavy things to bring to my car, Angela was so kind to go out of her way to help.

There was also a young man that knew exactly what the rules were for passport photos. No glasses or hats, don't smile, shoulders and up visible, store location stamp on the back of pictures. He took several pictures and had me approve the one to use. He couldn't improve my appearance but such is life! In less than 30 minutes from arrival the pictures were with me and out the door for a reasonable price. Excellent experience.

Looks like they've moved to a temporary location 1 block W of the old store. Old store is getting…read moretorn down and rebuilt. Parking is actually available here, next to the building. The lot is quite lumpy and hilly, but there are at least a dozen spots. The temporary store is probably 1/3 the size of the original store, so they've gotten rid of all the non pharmacy stuff. However, there is still a small section with electronics, and they still do passport photos. Hopefully they finish the new store soon, though it'll probably be at least a year.

That's right, this is probably now the only London Drugs in the lower mainland that does not have a computer department. Come to think of it, this LD doesn't even have an insurance department to get your Autoplan. I hear that eventually down the road, they will be moving this location, to where, who knows, but it is still a place I frequently come to, as it is close. They have a huge free parking lot behind the place, and if you want to park a little closer, there is enough spots on the street. There's many businesses, and food options around this London Drugs too, so in essence, your really not just walking this store when you come to this neighborhood.

It will not charge or sync on any device. When I brought it back, the store refused both a refund and an exchange, even though the product was clearly defective straight out of the package. This is a basic consumer issue, not a change of mind. Be very careful buying things here, because if it does not work, you may be stuck with it.
