Lamb, potatoes au gratin and gnocchi

I booked the Easter brunch here for 2025. Our time was for 11am, right when. They opened so we could beat the rush of people. This place seems to be brand new. Beautiful inside. We were promptly seated. The tables for 2 are a little smaller than they should be. I was worried I was going to knock over a drink. The Easter brunch menu was a pre fixed tasting menu that was prepaid through open table. It was absolutely outstanding! It started with deviled eggs and rolls with ground mustard and prosciutto. Delicious! Then out came a salad with beautiful butter lettuce and these fresh roasted carrots. Both were fantastic. Third course was these huge slices of lamb, potato's au gratin and gnocchi. Everything was made with the freshest ingredients. They did not miss a beat. Dessert was a citrus cake with the perfect butter cream frosting. I left there stuffed! I also enjoyed their Bloody Mary. It was spiced perfectly. I would definitely go back and would love ton try their dinner menu. This place is really a hidden gem tucked away on the mountain in Sewanee. We drove over an hour to come here and it was well worth it.

Amazing experience overall. I can't recommend this place enough. Food and service were top notch.

It's a hidden gem on Monteagle Mountain. Being a local, we usually have to drive to Nashville for culinary experiences like this. I cannot wait to go back and try more of the dishes there. The half chicken entree was delish...it was big enough for 2-3 meals!

We had a lovely experience. We had a girls reunion moment and were treated well. We got cocktails, wine, apps, entrees and dessert. Our server answered our questions with grace, offering suggestions as well. The space is cozy and intimate.

Environment is cozy, well decorated, and feels high end. The service was attentive and friendly. The bar menu is expertly arranged. I ordered a medium tavern steak and it was perfectly cooked. My wife ordered the trout and it was delicious. The chocolate pie with a coffee for dessert was the cherry on top. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will be back.

Best thing was the Anchovy Tartine!! Sour Dough bread was fabulous. Pappardelle was yummy. Leafy Green salad was not my cup of tea personally, but I have a weird thing with dill. Paloma was also a win.

Bc of it's natural rock curves, visibility of the front stage is hit or miss, especially for the short girlies like me. Security and walking to the venue was easy. We stayed on the property in one of their yurts which made it all that more easy. They have large fields for camping on site too. Price point for the ticket felt a little up there but not terrible. And the Yurts were pricey but AC, running bathroom, very clean and cozy so can't complain. A couple of food trucks at the entrance and the doner kebab one was sooo good, we ordered from there twice in the night.

This can be a real pain at a lot of venues so having it go so smoothly here was nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Their friendliness stood out. It seemed like everyone I encountered really enjoyed working there and you love to see that. There were a few food options...a pizza truck and a bbq truck. I got the bbq and it was both delicious and reasonably priced. (Seriously get the bbq sandwich.) Another win. On top of all that, the venue itself was awesome. A big cave, sloped downward toward the stage so you could get a good view from anywhere, and the sound of the show was great. Overall this is a unique and interesting venue that's doing a lot of things right. Would go out of my way to return. Love it. 5 stars.

Hubs ordered the Goodfella Pizza, with a couple of deletions, and loved it. I chose the Elana Ruz sandwich and it was glorious! Not exaggerating, that sandwich was such a delicious combination of flavors. We were able to find seats inside while we waited, and then hubs found a table outside right before our food was ready. The weather was delightful so we enjoyed sitting outside. We loved the overall vibe, although inside was a little loud. Their decor everywhere was so much fun! We also appreciated the drink refills as we headed out. As we left, we saw tons of parking in an adjacent lot, which I've noted for future visits. Mountain Goat Market is now definitely a must-do on our next trip to The Caverns.

In a very large open room, I was reminded of a high school cafeteria. We were able to get a table right away. Order at the counter and seat yourself. We took turns ordering because our table was the last one and we didn't want to lose it. The meal took only a few minutes to prepare and we were eating by 12:55 The Reuben looked amazing as did the pizza. I was a little jealous. Especially since I ordered the fiesta burrito and found it to be mostly ... just.... okay. I was disappointed that the gift / souvenir shop was closed.
