They offer a multi service inspection for every one trying to create a larger ticket which is fine but I suggest getting other quotes and pricing on larger jobs above a filter change. Was then quoted $165 for the service. I explained that I had called and was told the cost would basically be $120ish. Was told it was $165. They seemed unconcerned with what I had said. We reluctantly had the service done. After the work was done. A tech came in letting us know our rear shocks were leaking. And that they could replace them for $475. We left and I was steaming. We drove to another reputable business to check on the rear shocks. Plus asking for just a comparable price for the service we just had done. They showed me on the computer different stages of shock failure for our car. Ours were no where near needing to be replaced. Then when I asked about a comparable cost for services provided us. Their cost was around 55% of the cost I had paid. Later in the day A&O sent me an email asking me to rate them. SERIOULY?

We are a legally formed Texas Nonprofit Corporation that derives our funding from government grants and donations with a fleet vehicle that needed some bumper work done as well as paint. When presenting the Texas 01-339 form for Tax Exempt Certification, Danny refused stating: "if I have to pay taxes, so do you." I asked him to help me make sense of his analogy, you want us to pay taxes, with the taxpayers dollars... that doesn't make any sense. Overall this is a very sketchy place, very rude and unprofessional, very argumentative, horrible communication skills, I would give ZERO stars if able. Danny lost a sale over $15 in sales taxes that we are legally exempted from paying.

I'll start by saying Danny is a nice guy, but that's where the positivity of my experience ends…read more I just returned my truck today for the 3rd attempt to correct their repairs on hail damage. This has been a 7+ week process. The pictures speak for themselves - Multiple pieces of hail damaged trim that were paid to be replaced were not. There are still dents. The hood and tops of fenders were all they painted and it looks streaked like the paint were rolled on, yet still managed to collect bugs and dirt throughout as though it has been sprayed outside. The back edge of the hood facing the windshield didn't even get painted. There's runs in the paint on a fender. The fender emblems are even different heights and you can see where they painted over the old adhesive. The new emblems seem cheap, like Chinese eBay, and the adhesive used is thick, leaving the emblems gapped from the body and loose. Believe it or not, this looked worse the first time they attempted to return it to me. Instead of repainting it, they have been cheaping out and attempting to buff it to death to hide the lack of quality but all this has done is thin the paint and create swirls and hazing. For close to $14,000 I expect something besides amateur results and so many cut corners. I will update this review once this next correction attempt is made. This may become legal. Buyer Beware.

is every automotive repair business in my home town denison, texas shady.??..its sad to say, but…read morewhen you have too many bad repair shops it makes it hard for the honest shops to make it...maybe its not the shop just a untrained employe...what would you get out of loosening the trans bolt .or not putting plug back..they don't do trans rebuilds?just to fix basic automotive issues !!..people must just take it and say the next guy will say somthn ....wtf?? a female friend takes her caddillac to cambels garage she first had to make a appointment a month out before he could get to it.( what a waist of time)......i thought that was odd because not a single car was outside,  like in line to be "looked at".... ok before the car was taken to cambels garage i ran my diagnostic scanner and it had a misfire in #5 ...spark plug or coil pk issue..and code for pcv system stopped up...these are the only 2 codes until i take to cambels...she takes her car to him...he says the motors blown??...(yet she drove it home) and that sombody broke a spark plug and it fell in the motor???? what? there was no broken plug when she left....the plugs are at the back with just a couple inches to work with ....its not a easy task ....so not being equiped with the tools.. i recomend cambels when the car came back its pulling codes p0141 p... p 0122 p0300 p0300 p.  the car is way worse than when she took it. how anything could have "fell in the motor"?.......broke a plug and instead of fixing it he put it back like somone els did it didnt even hook up the #5 coil pack....just said screw it motors blown !?..broke the plug and somethin dropped into the cylinder......and let her drive it home.. they was thinkin she was some dumb old lady.... we knew what was wrong and nobody but whoever tried to get the plug out broke the plug and the coil pack then jus layed it back like it hasnt been touched. next time just say you screwed it up...you dont say the motors blown n let her drive off. when one of your employees or you permanently screw sombodys motor up take responsibility for your incompetence...i wouldnt recomend this place to fix a anything.... they will screw your car up n lie about doing any of the damage i should put a reverse mechanics lien against the shop im sure they do alot of that if somone was to audit

Negatives: Coffee bar is Uber unwelcoming and the coffee was old and burnt. 100's of old magazines Oil change and wash took 2 hours and I was the only one there. Lady sitting at counter unwelcoming and on cell phone. TV not on No decorations for holidays, or music or festive So, without sounding spoiled, you don't have to have a bougie coffee bar or a big screen television. You don't have to have fall decorations.But you should be welcoming and maybe have a welcoming atmosphere. Car sales here may not be a problem, but knowing a dealership will try to make you comfortable while you have no choice but to wait on service, means the world. Maybe what I am sensing is a lack of pride in this workplace.
