Unfortunately, there was frame damage, so insurance totaled it. John was very compassionate when he let me know the news and it was very appreciated. Being without a car, I needed to have a reliable vehicle to drive. My Toyota Tacoma, that had been living life as a farm truck, was my only answer. I knew I wanted Heritage to take care of it because of the compassion they showed with my car. I had, what I thought was a small, fender bender with the truck a few years ago. I didn't realize how much damage was actually done. This truck means a lot to me, it was the first nice vehicle I ever had. John and Michael were amazing, they went above and beyond to help me get the front end repaired. They were honest with me about the extent of the damage and actually finished the fairly extensive repairs almost a week sooner than expected. Everything looks great and now I know it's safe to drive daily and on highways. I absolutely recommend Heritage to anyone who wants their vehicle repaired good as new. I have already recommended them to friends and family. Yes, it may take some time to get it finished, but they are busy! People know they are the best around. They even vacuumed the inside and cleaned the dash, really a lite detail job but unexpected. This is probably one of the last cars to be repaired by them tho, Caliber Collision is buying them out, supposed to be the same people and same quality, I hope I don't have to find out!

It does show up on Google…read moreMaps though Did you just get off work at 5:30 or 6:00 and find out that you have a nail in your tire or need a tire? Well everybody wants to leave money on the table and close down at 6:00 but they are open till 8:00 here so here is the real mccoy. Fast and courteous and very very reasonable $15 for a plug $20 for a patch and $5 to balance it while they have it on the machine for you. All the places want to charge you an extra $20 on top of a patch or something that you have. Don't expect a big brand new shop it's a mom and pop shop but that's all you need right? Definitely saved in my to go to list anytime I have a flat or a nail
