I went to the body shop today for the first time. I met Brandon and Bobby. Truly wonderful people. I had to have a few minor items repaired on our SUV. Brandon took care of the vehicle today and got it repaired to full satisfaction and professionally done. The shop was very clean inside and out. These gentleman I met today run a very high quality body shop and if you need help they can get it done. I hope I never have a wreck but if I do these guys will do it. Star Auto Body did another fantastic job of repair to one of our vehicles. Top notch body shop that I would and have recommended to others! My wife's car damaged by 2 large limbs falling on it during one of our North Texas storms. Damage was to both doors on the passenger side along with the hood, roof, trunk, rear bumper and fender. Major damage requiring much work. Her car came out of the shop looking just like new! During our vacation this year, a little fender bender to the front of my vehicle! This is the 2nd time I've had my truck repaired at Star. Excellent customer service from the time I walked in the door until I picked up my truck. It looks better than it did before the accident. Bobby walked me through the process of dealing with my insurance company and really went to bat for me when I felt like the insurance company was trying to cut corners. I left my car with Star Auto Body to repair damage to the exterior of my vehicle. When I picked it up there was significant damage to the interior of the car as well as damage still visible from the exterior. Also, they used wrong parts to do the repairs which left some of the options on my car inoperable. The shop owner was rude and unwilling to fix the damage that Star Auto Body caused. I would obviously not recommend Star Auto Body as they provide very poor workmanship. read more

Bobby and his crew at Star Auto Body just finished some body work repair on my 7 month old car. Under close inspection - you can not tell where the repair was made -as the car looks as good as new! We have trusted Star for over 10 years now to do all of our car's body work. They have repaired multiple cars for us - always exceeding our expectations - and ALWAYS guaranteeing their workmanship. Any time I've had a problem (which has not happened very often!) - they have always taken care of it quickly and fairly. They aren't out just to make a dollar. They look out for their customers and take good care of the cars they fix. Their staff has always been polite and friendly every time we've been at the shop.
