To make a tough situation even worse, the air conditioner was knocked out and made driving unbearable in the Texas summer. After dealing with frustrating and unhelpful repair shops, and being told that there was no availability until end of August (apparently due to hail storm damage from earlier this year), I found Schnitker Body Repair. From the moment I called, Bob was very helpful and worked with me through the process. He met with the insurance adjuster and spent a good amount of time going through the details of the needed repairs, ensuring that everything was covered. When I spoke with the insurance adjuster afterwards, he even made a comment about how good of a guy Bob was in making sure the estimate was fair and thorough. I thought that was a really cool thing to hear. The damage ended up being pretty extensive but Bob made sure that the smallest details were taken care of and I can honestly say that my car looks as good as new - you can't even tell that anything happened to it! I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family. They are knowledgeable, honest and provide great customer experience!! Thanks!!!

The staff was always a pleasure when I RANDOMLY dropped in to see the progress on my vehicle, Bob was even generous enough to send me picture updates throughout the process. The customer service is top notch and their work is even better! I was treated fairly and was given honesty, that is all a person can ask for. Bob at the shop made sure I didn't have any further issues with insurance and my truck is back to new! Thank you to the Staff! Well everybody wants to leave money on the table and close down at 6:00 but they are open till 8:00 here so here is the real mccoy. Fast and courteous and very very reasonable $15 for a plug $20 for a patch and $5 to balance it while they have it on the machine for you. All the places want to charge you an extra $20 on top of a patch or something that you have. Don't expect a big brand new shop it's a mom and pop shop but that's all you need right? Definitely saved in my to go to list anytime I have a flat or a nail

During that big job 2-3 years ago he had the Suburban hood replaced and painted instead of fixing…read morethe hail dents since there were so many. The hood didn't fit when returned and I paid Motor Masters after to modify it so it would fit and look right. I also paid them to fix the moonroof drain channels but have permanent water stains in the floorboards that even Dapler Detailing couldn't get out. Well, the paint job started peeling off in the past few months. I'll have to have the hood repainted again but will probably get the right hood for it this time. Not a good job whatsoever.
