I had 9 fingerprint cards completed using scanned fingerprints, and Vincent came fully prepared with his own computer, fingerprint scanner, and printer to print the digital fingerprints on-site. Vincent was extremely professional, arrived right on time at my home, and made the entire process easy, smooth, and stress-free. He also notarized several forms for me, which was a huge convenience. Go through the door and then you will go through a second door on the left with the name of the business. The waiting room is small because they are so fast in processing people they hardly need chairs for people to sit. This location is appointment only as far as i know but you can call and ask. I been to this location several times and the most amount of time i spent here has been close to 20 minutes during peak time. During peak time they have two people processing fingerprints but that process is really quick. They do close for lunch for an hour from noon to one so plan accordingly.

Make a right into the hallway and it's the last suite on the left hand side with a lab pickup box outside its door. I had an appointment for TSA pre-check and came early as directed. There were three people ahead of me and I was dreading a long wait. Surprisingly, I was called back right around my appointment time and got out of there in 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and very efficient. Right down to business which I appreciated. They verified a few questions that I had submitted online prior to coming, took my fingerprints, snapped a photo, and my payment. $85 for 5 years for TSA pre-check. Use your Amex to get reimbursed for that fee. I loved the fact that this location even exists so that I didn't have to go to the airport to get this done. Definitely would recommend this location!
