So a few days later, I arrived, and he measured and calculated the actual pieces to drop the price by $300--said he could build custom sized boxes to help out. When so many business are out for profit only, I feel that Steven was dealing honestly and wanting to help. I recommend this store.

Tara ended up having to take over while Suzy helped the growing line of customers. I apologized and offered to wait if she wanted to help the other customers. She had the same patient and nice attitude, and assured me she'd get it figured out. And sure enough, she entered all of the information in correctly that the system required. I felt like even though they were obviously busy, they treated each customer with care and without rush, but still moving at the most efficient pace as possible. The customer care here is wonderful. They not only have all the packaging supplies you need, but also offer copying, printing, faxing, and notary public services. You can also rent a mailbox here and access it through a separate entrance from the main one. They have a cute little area where you'll find candles, greeting cards, even handbags. Very boutique feels.The staff here are great. They welcome you with a greeting when you walk in. I come in often to get documents notarized and Melanie helps me with that. She's always quick and efficient. I really appreciate having them down the street from us. It saves me a trip to the post office and so much time out of my day.

I was a…read morerepeat customer of this moving company and am extremely disappointed with how our recent move was handled. The movers themselves were very kind and clearly doing their best. This review is not directed at them. The issue was poor management and lack of proper staffing for the job. During booking, I specifically explained that we had an extremely large and heavy dresser weighing several hundred pounds and was assured that a two-person crew would be enough. It quickly became obvious during the move that the workers were exhausted and overwhelmed, so I requested a third mover be added midway through. At one point, I asked management not to pressure or disrupt the movers because they were already stressed and trying their best. Instead, management immediately called them during the move, which noticeably increased the pressure and caused them to begin rushing. Shortly afterward, our brand new wooden floors were scratched and our $1,400 dog crate was broken. I understand accidents can happen, but this situation felt avoidable and directly related to poor management decisions and improper staffing. The entire experience became extremely uncomfortable and stressful for everyone involved. Again, the movers themselves were polite and hardworking, but because of the damages to our home and belongings, I cannot say the experience was worth the cost or that I would use this company again.

The last time I was here was to get some stuff notarized. Which they do for $6 which is the perfect price for me. The process was super quick and easy and not a hassle. This store is my "go to" store for mailing my packages and getting things notarized. You could go to the post office and wait in line, but why bother when you can come here, for super fast service.

I am an Asian-American woman and have come here for a year at the UPS store at 2300 W 7th St Ste 108, Fort Worth, TX 76107. The employee named Gabriel never greets me but will greet every other race. He is prejudice. When I came in again today Nov. 24, 2025, he still never greeted me. I asked him, "How come you greet every customer except me?" His response was inappropriate and unprofessional to me. He said "That's a load of bull crap!" and walked away. Gabriel has extremely poor customer service and is rude, unprofessional immature.
