They put the van on a flatbed, drove us back to our senior living facility and lifted my husband (well over 200 pounds) out of the driver's side and pushed him into the apartment. Is 0 stars possible?…read more I went to this place by accident after confusing it with universal auto body (who does a solid job by the way), to get my brakes inspected. After telling me they were going to waive the diagnosis fee, they took three hours to diagnose the problem and falsely told me I needed to get multiple different things replaced, costing over $2800. After telling them I was going to try and get a 2nd opinion, they charged me $180+ just for the diagnosis. I am now getting it fixed at another place for less than $1000. These guys are thieves!
