I tried three tacos, and I'm going back for more! You should too. Pair them with a tasty Cuba Libre. You'll be set for the night. It's a chill vibe with plenty of seating at the bar and tables. There were a bunch of to-go orders too being picked up. The bartender tonight was awesome!

EL CRUNCHO SUPREMO

El Cruncho Supremo -- Straight Up Fire (Gen X Approved) This thing's got old-school Taco Bell energy with a serious upgrade. Crunchy tostada in the middle, soft tortilla on the outside -- it's like the 90s came back with better ingredients. The spicy beef, queso, and avocado crema all hit different, and that fuego sauce? Yeah, it earns the name. It's messy, loud, unapologetic, and totally worth it. Feels like the kind of food you'd crush after a concert or during a late-night hang with your crew -- but here it's actually done right. Final call: Legit comfort food for anyone who remembers when MTV played music and "Supreme" meant extra flavor, not a brand.

Excellent food and service , loved the vibe.. The mushroom taco which I was hesitant to try was our favorite - thou all the tacos we tried were amazing. Now on to cocktails- yummy on the various options we tried. Chris was a great mixologist. I'll be back you should join me!

Overall this place was pretty good. The barbacoa taco, chicken quesadilla and their version of a Crunchwrap were the highlights. I thought these dishes were all super flavorful and yummy. The carnitas, fish and birria tacos didn't stand out to me and I've had better elsewhere. It was pretty cute inside but it's a bit small and you're seated pretty close to the people next to you. I've heard great things about line star so maybe my expectations were too high but I thought it was good not great.

If you are looking for a good Marg, some top-notch queso, and a cool vibe- check out Lone-Star.... ! There's a nice little outdoor patio for the warm weather while inside is chill and dimly lit-. There's usually a cool movie or sitcom on to entertain if you happen to be a cool lone-drinker, lone-diner like me. Perhaps I am Lone-dining Star . The drinks, queso, and guac are the best things I have had on the menu but the rest of the food is tasty and fresh. Also, I must try brunch to get full menu spectrum. See ya here!

Chips are amazing, fish tacos are outstanding, the rest of the tacos are just ok. Cool vibes and friendly service

Lone Star Taco has delicious food and great drinks, with many different options. I had a Mango Margarita which was refreshing and had a Tajín rim. We also got nachos, which were pretty unique and topped with cabbage but very tasty.

I made my way over to Lone Star after having the queso recommended to me & the queso did not disappoint! However, the rest of our meal being a variety of tacos, were quite underwhelming. Were they good? Absolutely! But, nothing to rave about. Although, my paloma was definitely excellent enough to comment on. The bill ended up coming out to be roughly $70 for 5 tacos, 2 cocktails, and chips & queso. WAY beyond what I expected to pay at this place. The service was great & we were seated promptly on a Monday night, so no complaints there!

Been here before but not in a long time, stumbled in here after seeing a great show at Roadrunner to sober up a bit and chow down. Pre planned stopping here with the intention of vegetarian friendly options for my female companion, which isn't always the easiest of tasks when you're hangry. Personally I think it's a teeny bit too dark inside and could use maybe a table candle or lessen the dim, but that's a minor complaint. I opted for water to drink and was pumped they serve breakfast til close! Ayyy! Opted for the breakfast burrito added chorizo, and got a Mexican hot dog considering I hadn't eaten all day and needed to sober up to drive back up to the Nawth Shore. Breakfast buritto hit the spot, dog was good too, but was oddly somewhat cold? Still sent it down the hatch. My homie got some tofu tacos with a cocktail. Looked boss. If you're around this joint, stop in. Always a good move. Thanks Lonestar!

Papas Con Chorizo

Came here on a Sunday morning for brunch. It was hard to tell if this venue was open but it turned out it was. We got seated right away and the staff was really friendly. I'm gluten free due to celiac and was able to get the papas con chorizo and the horchata for breakfast. They make their own in house hot sauces- the sweet potato hot sauce was amazing and we are hoping they start selling it so we can by a jar! Will absolutely be back

Service was very good. Got three birria tacos with consume and it was absolutely delicious, would reccoment the virgin margarita and a lime to accompany the tacos.

El Diablo Margarita

Had a fun time here Friday night. It did not take too long to get in, even though it was clearly very popular. Enjoyed the queso and chile con carne as apps. My favorite taco was the birria for sure- melty and meaty, with a flavorful broth for dipping. Also enjoyed a sip of my boyfriend's El Diablo margarita. Margaritas are definitely the way to go here. The bartender (we sat at the bar) was super attentive.

Went to Boston and happy to see this place open late. First off the actual place is really cool, the establishment was tight and cozy and felt really inviting. Our service was okay...they were very busy so I can't really say anything there but our waiter forgot our order twice and also forgot 3 plates for our table. The food was okay. The guacamole was alarming as it was expensive but the bowl only came with a small amount...like VERY small. The tacos were okay and the chips were fine. They're open super late so that's a plus and their drinks are interesting.

They have lots of good beverage options- my bf Francisco P. & I had horchatas and our dinner companion had a papaya shake. On request, they can prepare the shake with water instead of milk. You can see the female chef in the kitchen preparing the food lovingly by hand. I tried the bean and cheese pupusas, which were very good. Our companion also tried the chicken pupusas, which she said were also very good. We thought they tasted freshly made, to order. I love that the pupusas had the bits of crunchy cheese that form when some cheese leaks out the side. I was also glad to have the red sauce and pickled cabbage for putting on top. Maybe next time I'd order more of that because I love the pickled cabbage, or curtido. My bf had a Salvadoran combo plate- that had a pupusa, a Salvadoran tamale, and a Salvadoran enchilada (which closely resembles a Mexican tostada). I had a taste of the tamale, which had chicken, & which I thought was really flavorful, and different in consistency than a Mexican tamale- softer.

I've tried a few, and honestly, they're all hits, but my personal favorites are the Campechana and the Asada. Both are loaded with flavor, layered with amazing sauces, and built into seriously well-made sandwiches. The tortas are excellent. Every component of the torta is so fresh and flavorful. The sandwich itself is filling, which makes the price point ($11-12) even more worth it. I appreciate that they have a large variety of protein options to choose from which I don't usually encounter in Mexican restaurants in the greater Boston area. On top of all this, service is fast! I almost always order lengua when I see it on the menu. The lengua here is tender and nicely seasoned. I wouldn't mind if it was just a tiny bit saltier, but the other torta fillings have enough flavor and seasoning of their own. I haven't been back in a while, but I am curious about their tacos. I hope they fixed the issue with the sewer smell.

Special shoutouts to: chips and guac, pork belly taco, duck birria, green margarita, and churros. One thing about Bartacos that I've come to learn over time: the quality can vary. Sometimes it's a good Bartaco day, sometimes it's an incredible Bartaco day. But I've never had a bad Bartaco day. The service model is quick and efficient. You typically order using the QR code, though I recently noticed they've been offering the physical menus more which feels a lot classier. However, when you order on your phone with the QR, you will get a free taco for your next visit after completing a short survey. Unless you put the blue service card up to indicate you want your server, you probably won't see them much, but it's not an issue, especially with the many food runners they have. The ambiance is very pretty and eclectic with soft lantern lighting. Medium casual dining, not too expensive, very suitable for a first date, probably not a fancy anniversary dinner type of place. TLDR: go to Bartaco. You'll probably love it.
